• The continental breakfast was wonderful.
• Mattress was a little hard.

“The motel was fine. It was clean and having breakfast provided was a big plus. We also took advantage of the treadmills.”

• Very comfortable bed, friendly staff, nice business center.
• Bathroom was not very clean, decor was a little outdated.

• I loved the view and the bed.
• The common areas were very hot and musty.

“The hotel is good. The room is good. The breakfast could have been better if they would have had bacon, eggs, toast, sausage and some heated up microwave pancakes. But what got me was getting dressed and ready in a comfortable cool room and then turning around and suffocating in the hallway, elevator and the hallway again.”

• Linens on bed are comfortable and soft.
• Terrible service, unfriendly staff.

“Nice hotel, new decor, fridge & microwave in the room are a huge bonus. The discouraging aspect of this is that the staff was not very friendly or professional.”

• The counter staff was neither courteous nor helpful.

• The spacious room.
• Not their fault but the fire alarm sounded during night.

“We were very pleased with this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and had great amenities including a wonderful down comforter on the king size bed. The complimentary breakfast featured the normal pastries and such but also scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits. Would definitely recommend.”

• Staff was very rude, and unhelpful, had to call front desk 3x's for rollaway bed.

“Overall the Hampton Galleria was very nice, the location was swell, and very clean. The room was nice and neat...nothing bad to say about the hotel in general, HOWEVER, the staff was horrible. We were lost and called the front desk, and the man who answered the phone was told us he didn't know, and put us on hold for a long time, when he came back on the line, he forgot he told us to hold. Once we checked in, we asked about a rollaway bed for our 3yr old, or for a double bed room, and again the man at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. He rudely told us to 'wait' he was working w/ someone at the front desk?! We felt like we were getting 2nd class treatment...was it because we had a discounted room?! None the less, I'm normally not one to submit feedback, but the staff we encountered at the Hampton Inn was not helpful, and rude...but the hotel was nice.”

• Products in vending machines too costly.

“Hampton Inn was a wonderful hotel. I felt welcomed from the minute I walked into the building, from the courteous staff, to the chocolates, m&m's and bottled water waiting for me in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were the best I've slept on in a hotel. I'll be staying at Hampton Inns more often.”

“This hotel is a treasure tucked away in a quiet area near the Galleria, yet nearby all area attractions. The staff was friendly and the hotel was extremely well kept. The beds were unbelievably comfortable - great pillows and sheets. This is THE BEST hotel I've stayed in in this price range. I will definitely be back!!!”

• The morning shift was very courteous in allowing us to swim before 10 am in the morning. We enjoyed the fitness room with TV.
• We had four person in our room and only three towels, although we were able to get more.

“The hotel staff was courteous and helped with a local map of the area and directions to get to Downtown and the Galleria.”

• The "hot breakfast" was really bad.

“Everything was great except they featured a complimentary hot breakfast which was mostly carbohydrates. One morning, there were eggs that looked very questionable. We ate elsewhere each morning.”
