• Convenience to shopping area.
• Poor TV location for this type room.

“Bathroom had hair on floor not mine! Remote control broken and they offered tape. If I would go all the way down stairs to get it myself not going to happen. Will not stay there again nor anybody else I know will stay there.”

• Breakfast is included and was much better than most hotel free breakfasts.
• The dump truck came about 4:00 a.m to pick up trash at the business in back and it was very noisy.

“Excellent location and quiet. The staff were friendly and the breakfast excellent. The room was better than expected and even though we didn't use the kitchen it would be a nice plus for some people on extended stays. I paid a little more than usual for this star hotel but it was worth it.”

• The kitchen.
• The ants.

“Large tree ants were found in my first room and I needed to change rooms. I had no trouble doing so, which was ok I guess, but standard practice and should be expected. The gym or fitness room was a treadmill. I would rather run outside.”

• Spacious room.
• View was to an AC courtyard dripping pool.

“Very clean, safe entrance. Social every night with some type of food. The breakfast was good and area was clean and inviting, friendly staff. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Great location to mall, target, restaurants.”

• Great facility, pool, hot tub, convenient location.
• Would have preferred the other residence inn closer to the woodlands pavilion.

• Hotel arrival greeting. Not Immediate (Had to wait while the staff answered the phone, checked shipping packages,etc.)

“Good location in The Woodlands, nice "hot" breakfast, clean room with open floor plan including living area and kitchenette, indoor pool and fitness center.”

• A/C problems in both rooms.

“Hotel staff slows in responding to a/c needs in original room. A/c did not cool as well in 2nd room & toilet was stopped up after use.”

• Rooms were large and bed was comfortable (not too soft).
• No phone book or luggage rack in room.

“This hotel was an excellent place to stay when shopping at the woodlands mall, etc. Everyone was friendly, the public areas were softly lit, and the fireplace in the lobby was perfect (it was cold and rainy outside).”

• Rooms had full kitchens, desk area and living room area, laundry room & very nice free breakfast too!
• Exercise room very small & feather pillows.

“This hotel was like a home away from home. Full kitchen with eating bar, desk area and fold out sofa plus your large sleeping area. Studio style, but very spacious. Bathroom vanity cabinet had storage drawers too. Laundry room just down the hall. Pantry/convenience store area just off the lobby to buy pretty much whatever you'd need. We loved this hotel. The location was right across the street from great shopping too. Free wireless internet and free breakfast with just about any type of food or drink you'd want and each evening they had a different free appetizer/meal available in the lobby area. They offered nachos and pizza while we were there. Loved it. Definitely worth it!”
