• Totally non smoking.
• Maid left our door partially opened all day & into late night.

“This hotel was nice except for the fact that when we came back to the room late once evening, we discovered that our door had been left partially open all day until we returned late that evening. We assume that was done by the cleaning person. Nothing was stolen, but we were not happy about it. We reported it to the manager, he gave us his card & said if anything turned up missing to call him.”

• Nice indoor pool.
• No fridge or microwave, Small room.

“Hotel was nice. Room was small. There was a lot of noise in the hall (kids). Location was good for our needs (house hunting in the woodlands). Breakfast was bad, it had no flavor and there was little choice.”

• Comfortable bed.
• PPV movies did not work.

“This hotel was ok. With a friendly, helpful staff it would be much nicer. The bed was good and fairly comfortable. I only had a mild allergic reaction to the mold and dust mites in the room.”

• The staff was very accommodating.
• The swimming pool was clean, but indoors.

• Bed was very comfortable.

“This hotel was a disappointment. We had stayed at the Residence Inn next door last year which had the same 2.5 star rating, but was far superior to the Courtyard. This hotel had the smallest rooms we had ever seen in a hotel of this class. This was exacerbated by the fact it had about a 2 foot wide useless balcony that looked out over the hotel next door on our side. This space would have been better served to be part of the room, with the sofa, desk, and king size bed taking every inch of wall space. If you expect some type of free breakfast, forget it. Extra towels? Extra charge. Internet access? Charge. Two days into our stay our card keys stopped working.”

• Iron and ironing board in the room.
• Bath curtain extremely bad.

“Okay quality for a fair price. The huge advantage of this motel is that it is immediately next to i-45. Flip side of that coin: this Courtyard Inn was the noisiest hotel I ever stayed in. Road noise very loud indeed. Don't stay there unless you get the rooms facing away from the road.”

• Nice mattress, clean rooms, great linens, no heavy bedspreads to tend with.
• Could have used a microwave. The hotel is located in a great mall frig.

“Hotel was located in a great mall. You never had to leave the area if you didn't want to. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was very accommodating.”

• The rooms were not quite up to Courtyard standards (i.e., carpet, condition of furniture/bedding).

“I really enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel, especially since it was conveniently located next to the Woodlands Mall and several eating establishments.”

• The hotel is located in a very pretty wooded area. It is nice and the beds are very comfortable.
• TV location was to the side of the bed which made watching TV in bed uncomfortable.

“We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It is very convenient to the woodlands mall and lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and the grounds were beautiful. The room was very comfortable with the exception of the TV placement. There was no quick breakfast, only a $9.00 buffet which we did not choose since we eat a light breakfast. Overall a very nice stay.”

• The water pressure in the shower was great.
• Nothing.

“Upon arrival at the courtyard by Marriott, I immediately appreciated the well-kept, manicured landscaping with bright flowers (an unusual sight in the middle of winter) and the warm tones of the exterior of the building. Staff was friendly, wireless internet convenient, indoors hot tub relaxing in the evening. Probably the best surprise was walking into my hotel room and seeing the plush king-size bed oriented to face the sliding glass door and balcony with pine trees in the distance. So often in hotels, you have the bed facing the TV cabinet, but this was a nice change. Everything was to my liking--contemporary decor, fresh smelling linens. And the hotel staff was very courteous and provided me some toiletries that I had forgotten in packing. This is, hands down, the best experience I¿ve had in a hotel for the price and I highly recommend it for business and leisure travel alike.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• The rooms seemed small and crowded.

“I thought this hotel was need meeting" for this occasion. We attended a wedding in the area. The quality of the staff made up for the smallness of the rooms."”

• Pool out of order, air conditioner in room did not work.

“I was very disappointed that the pool/hot tub facility was not in working order. In the middle of the night the air conditioner needed to be turned on and this is when we found that it did not work. This stay was for a special occasion birthday and I was disappointed in the quality of room/service. The front desk attendant was NOT knowledgeable and not helpful at all.”
