• Location.
• Staff.

“Would not stay here again, fire alarm went off both nights, toilet backed up first night and maintenance man was off so staff offered us a plunger to do it ourselves, staff cursed in front of our 2 year old son, not a pleasant stay.”

• The elevators had a highly offensive food smell to them. The halls smelled like food as well.

“The front desk clerk who checked me in was not friendly, and acted like she was bothered by me. The elevators stunk terribly like spicy food, so much to the point where I was forced to spray air freshener in them both. The hallway where my room was located smelled like fried chicken, as someone in another room was apparently cooking in their kitchenette. This was something that I would not expect from any hotel that is mindful of the air quality for all of its customers, regardless of
its stars.”

• A little noisy - cars, other guests, etc.

• It had a kitchen.
• Pillows too high.

• With in 2 minutes of work and at a time it was nice.

• The office station in the room.
• Construction plugged up the entrance at night.

“Clean, convenient and close to the work site that we had. The GSR at the hotel was really helpful and informative.”

• Room curtains were broken.

“The hotel is very good for its location and price, but needs more attention. It was kind of scary for my daughter and me - thank god the location was safe.”

• No hot water for shower.

“Corner room on 3rd floor: Wind howled most of night due to cheap windows. No hot water for shower in the morning; no apology; no compensation.”
