“The hotel was very nice. It's a little hard to find first because its off the feeder, but once u get there it easy to get in & out without traffic! I was a little upset that they didnt get my room cleaned but when I complained they gave me breakfast for free ($20 value). I would definitely stay in this hotel again!”

“Overall a good hotel. We loved the bed and the nice size of the room. Perfect location, in the middle of all our destinations. A couple of downsides, one the parking was horrible because of no back access to garage, have to go completely around with luggage and the second they are in the middle of some renovations mainly in the lobby area.”

“This hotel is definitely a good hotel. The room is very clean, staffs are friendly, and hotel is well organized. I don't like that parking garage to the lobby are not convenient. It is quite a walking didn't!”

“Should have been told up front that only parking available would be $13.00 a night with the $15.00 in taxes. I have stayed at hotels this nice and better for less. Also need to have staff in restaurant that speak and understand English. Had to leave restaurant to go to outside restaurant because of communication or should I say lack of.”

“The hotel staff was very efficient and helpful. I received the type of room I requested in the location that I requested. Everything in my room was in good condition and in working order. The bed linens were attractive. The room was quiet at night, despite the fact that we were directly over the indoor swimming pool.”

“The hotel was OK; it was a bit over the top as far as a business traveler in concerned. I'm just not into bellhops and Valet parking. I am especially not into being hit up with extra charges when I check in. They wanted me to pay extra for parking my rental car in their garage.”

“The aesthetics of the hotel was very pleasing. The indoor pool area had a nice atmosphere but the hot tub was under construction and the heated pool was unbearably cold. All associates were pleasant and courteous. The food in the restaurant was good but they did over charge our ticket by six dollars. Rooms were comfortable and relaxing but you could hear whole conversations from the next room at 4:00 a.m. as well as the front door slamming all throughout the night. There was also a large volume of noise being generated from the freeway that could be heard throughout the night.”

“We were excited about staying at a Marriott hotel, but ended up very disappointed. The room was dirty the carpet had spots on it and the bathroom floors were sticky. Seems to us like it's time for a remodel. We were very disappointed.”

“Very upscale hotel, clean, with a very friendly and professional staff. I did have some problems getting to the location and some problems with the parking and lights being out in the parking garage elevator (it was very dark). Overall, it was a nice stay.”
