• Location.
• Its so close to the 610 highway that it can be quite noisy.

“Excellent location. Nice, fancy, trendy expensive dinning in hotel restaurant. It is very close to the 610 highway (corner of &10 and Wertheimer) so you can hear the traffic all night long. Not much amenities at location, but nice and clean.”

• Very comfy bed & free internet.
• No hot tub. No spot for a quick breakfast.

“Everything was great. Wish there was a self-park. Don't like feeling I have to pull out tip money every time I arrive and/or depart.”

• Large suite close to galleria.

“Regency was excellent. Homestead Inn was good but AC leaked. They moved me slightly musty halls in Homestead. Price savings were not just good they were EXCELLENT. Thanks.”

• The hotels public spaces are very attractive.
• The only parking option available is valet at $19 per day plus tax and tip.

“Great location and very attractive rooms and public spaces. Parking costs at $19 per day made a big impact on my vacation budget.”

not recommend this hotel and will make every effort to
not stay there again. The rooms smelled like smoke, the walls were paper thin.
Nothing like a 5 star hotel.”

• Valet only parking.

“This is a hotel trying to be a 4 star hotel and not quite getting there. Food in the restaurant was bad. My first room did not have a working heater. Only after enduring a dirty room and a non-functional heater was I able to be moved to a decent room.”

• Very clean, comfortable and affordable enjoyed our stay.
• The mirrors in the bar/restaurant.

“We enjoyed our visit at this hotel. Restaurant was a bit pricey for the breakfast buffet. But other than that very comfortable and clean. Thank you.”

• Flat screen television, great interior very Euro-style.
• Room was dark, not much bright light, not easy for women to put make up on. Thin walls, you can hear your neighbors quite well. Road noise from freeway.

“The interior of this hotel was exceptional. (Contemporary Euro-style) Nice attached restaurant and bar. $19 a day parking. Rooms are not real quiet but maid service was great.”

• Good location and clean.
• Freeway noise very loud; parking outrageously high at $20.

“Did not get a good night's rest because freeway noise was very loud. Parking options are nil and parking at $20/day is too high.”

• The beds where uncomfortable, no microwave or refrigerator, only had $20 valet parking and no CD Player being in the room.

• Convenient to the Galleria area.
• Close to major highway. Too much road noise.

“Convenient location to the Galleria. Very difficult to drive in and out of hotel during rush hour 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Hotel located next to major highway. Can hear lots of road noise in the room. If you are a lite sleeper don't choice this hotel. Too much road noise.”

“The staff from the valet to the hotel desk clerks were all courteous and helpful. The dining room staff likewise courteous and efficient. Food quality was great. Rooms spacious and well appointed.”
