“The hotel is clean and well-decorated. The employees are friendly and helpful. However, parking is too steep at $16 for an overnight spot. In addition, I feel like the hotel is nickel and diming the guests by charging for internet usage.”

“The room was good and room service was great. But they start knocking your door early morning 8 to stock the mini fridge and then for room service which is annoying. The parking was pure highway robbery with $16 a night. Overall it’s not a value for money at all.”

“Overall, this was an OK stay. My biggest complaint is that the hotel smelled a bit musty - like feet. This was true in the public areas and in our room. The valet staff were less than friendly when we told them that we were self parking. They gave my husband a hard time while he was waiting in the truck for me to check in. Sure it's a big truck and takes up a lot of space, but the hotel was not busy at the time. The beds were not anything special - you could hear the springs squeak whenever you turned over. I'm sure this hotel has the right list of amenities - but it could use a refurbishing to bring it in line with what most four star hotels offer.”

“Definitely not a four or five star hotel. Any hotel that has mold growing in the bathroom and the room is not clean does not deserve to be rated very high.”

“I hope this is for the Intercontinental I really did not have a great experience at this hotel and a number of guest were leaving and going to other hotels. I will say that the staff was extremely professional and helpful.”

“We are locals who needed a place to stay because the air conditioning in our home broke down. It was so relieving to be able to stay in such a wonderful hotel for a fraction of the cost because of Priceline. Excellent accommodations and excellent staff with amenities for everyone.”
