• The friendliness of the staff.
• The bed was a little uncomfortable compared to other 4 star hotels.

“ It is a convenient location not far from Cranston, I got this hotel very cheap through Priceline.com. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but the room was very clean. I left my class ring during my stay, and called 15 minutes after I checked out and they immediately checked the room for me and called me shortly thereafter to let me know they had it and would store it for me until I could get back.

• The room was spacious and nicely appointed with comfortable furniture and art.
• The heating did not seem to work (cold in room, but not freezing).

“Wonderful hotel in Houston Uptown/Galleria. Convenient to shopping and nightlife. Plenty of parking available. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and basically perfect. We had a nice romantic stay there.”

• The hotel was beautiful inside and outdoors. Beautiful gardens everywhere. The view of the gardens from our room was a sight to see.
• I liked everything about it.

• Excellent staff! Valet, front desk & room service.
• Valet parking for $24/night.

• The friendliness and availability of the staff – unmatched.
• There is nothing that I did not like.

“You are met at the door and taken care of until they close your car door when you leave. I've never been treated so well. It was clean, beautiful and overall excellent facility. After a full day of meetings, I immediately felt calmer when I walked through the door. At night, when I sank down in that incredible bed, all stress of the day was gone. I can't wait to go back!”

• The complimentary limo service offered to the guest with in a three mile radius.
• My room felt a little stuffy

“Everyone was wonderful there. My thermostat didn't work well but I should have reported that problem. I am sure that they would have fixed it for me. Overall the experience was great.”
