• Cheap sleeping setup. i.e. pillows, blanket, etc.

• The rate for parking $24 a night is to high. Although the parking service was excellent.

“Good location for shopping, a number of good restaurants close, air ports and down town are away. Hotel it self was well maintained, restaurants were great. Sunday brunch is worth staying a extra day.”

• Room opened up on the large pool deck- very nice.
• Restaurant menu could definitely be updated.

“We were visiting relatives in Houston and wanted a nice comfortable hotel with a pool for our two boys. Our room opened up directly onto the pool deck which was great. The staff was attentive and friendly. The restaurant service was good, but I felt the menu was outdated and could be freshened to keep up with the other restaurants in the area.”

• Room very clean and had a good view.
• Water pressures was very low.

“This hotel was very nice only stayed one night the bed was very comfortable had a very good view of the Galleria, walking distance from the hotel, the grounds was kept up the pools was beautiful. It was a wonderful one night stay.”

• Location and atmosphere.
• A.C. in the room was a little loud, I was surprised since it wasn't a window unit.

“The hotel was great but I was very surprised at the high cost for parking and the outrageous cost for internet access. As a guest, I would expect to have complimentary parking and free internet access. Having to pay such a high cost for parking and a high cost for internet access was our only disappointment. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.”

• Each night we were able to get the very last parking space in the garage.

“The staff was helpful and housekeeping was attentive. The location near the Galleria shopping center and restaurants not far from the expressway was great.”

• SPACIOUS CLEAN ROOMS. SPACIOUS CLOSETS.
• HIGH VALET FEES.

“EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. FRIENDLY STAFF. GREAT BEDS AND PILLOWS! CLOSET WAS THE ROOMIEST I'VE SEEN IN A HOTEL. BATHROOMS WERE CLEAN AND ROOMY. GREAT HOTEL!!!”

• It was fabulous! Gorgeous and luxury!
• There was nothing, absolutely nothing, we didn't like.

“This is the perfect hotel for anyone who appreciates luxury accommodations. We were put in a King Suite. It was gorgeous, spotless, well appointed and the bed was amazing. And - and here's the bonus - they accept dogs. Our precious dog loved the bed, too!”

• The location was perfect (walking distance) considering everything I wanted to see.
• I prefer the Hilton Downtown to the galleria area. I like their bathrooms/pool/dining area better.

• It was very clean and the staff was helpful.
• Didn't get much sleep had to call front desk 5 times to report noise.

“It was a very nice hotel and everything was good until later that night, one room had to many young adults in it which was the reason for the calls to the front desk, but they did do their best to take care of it.”

• That you could not use refrigerator and there is no microwave.
