“Since I stayed at this location for 7 nights, I experienced the hotel for a full week. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, the large and comfortable room and the work station with free wireless internet access. The staff was very friendly and attentive.”

“Great value. Everything brand new. Formerly Bradford Suites, Hyatt remodeled the entire interior. Kitchen very well stocked and includes a dishwasher. Could easily see myself there on an extended stay situation.”

“Overall this was a great place to stay. Would come back again for extended stay or quick overnight. Breakfast was good! Very clean and quiet! The room was very large and comfortable!”

“Location is great, just off Richmond near the Galleria. The recently redecorated rooms are appealing and have a kitchenette, a comfortable king bed, and a very nice flat screen TV which swivels from the seating area to the bed. The exercise room has standard cardio equipment, the pool is located in a pleasant interior Courtyard, and the laundry facilities are convenient. There is no restaurant, but they have a buffet breakfast and a happy hour with complimentary drinks every day. They are still remodeling, but I had no issues with construction or noise. Housekeeping can be a bit uneven. When I checked in, the tub looked a bit dirty, and I don't think they vacuum every day. Overall, however, I was very satisfied and they were accommodating to my requests.”

“Good hotel for extended stay. In the process of remodeling. Covered garage parking. Very good cooked breakfast, however, it started too late for business travel.”

“I really like this location because it was very close to the other more expensive places around the Ritzy gallery, but did not charge a ridiculous $20 parking charge. They served an evening snack Monday - Thursday, that was very filling enough to skip dinner to be able to continue with our evening activities and a great full breakfast in the morning. The room was great with a very thoughtful design such as a TV that swivel to serve both the bedroom and the living area, as well as a full kitchen area.”

“We stayed in one of the studio suites and it was very nice. The children loved having a little kitchen and their own fold out bed. Also, the DVD player was a very nice touch. Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations. While there was some mess from the renovations, there was never any problem with noise. Thank you for a great time!”

“The hotel was very nice, they are currently remodeling so the lower floor of the parking garage is completely filled with remodeling supplies. The remodel is very nice with 32" flat screen TV's, in room DVD players, new beds, carpet, tile and it has a very current feel, very stylish. They do have free parking behind the hotel and the hotel does not have a wonderful view but it is a nice neighborhood. I would stay here again for a family trip or business; they also have a hot buffet in the morning.”

“The Bradford Homesuites at the galleria, soon to be Hyatt Summerfield suites (Nov 2007), sports good bones and should be an excellent hotel under the standards of the new brand. Tucked back among some condos/apartment homes in the galleria area, the property is close to the areas attractions but set apart from the traffic. There is a free restricted access (key card) parking garage, which is a very appreciated amenity. Currently, the Bradford rooms are large, well-laid-out, and comfortable, with some touches to appeal to the family as well as business traveler. For families, the full kitchen with dishwasher, table settings, and pots and pans, as well as the option of a two room suite provides convenience, space, and comfort. The business traveler will appreciate the free internet, direct line and customizable voicemail, and the ability to keep the work area separate from the resting area. With the upgraded linen packages Summerfield features, the bedrooms and bathrooms should get more comfortable--they are adequate as they are now. The large closet, with laundry basket, is great for extended stays. This hotel offers an extended continental breakfast, to include precooked scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes along with the standard oatmeal, cereal, pastry, and yogurt fare. Unfortunately, the breakfast area is small and cramped with tables, unable to support more than 15 people comfortably. The hotel also features a small exercise room, outdoor pool and spa (unfortunately, I did not even see this amenity, so I am unfamiliar with its condition), and a business center of two computers with a laser printer. The common areas needed some updating in terms of carpet wear and vacuuming. In all, however, the property is nice and should become nicer with the Summerfield upgrades.”

“The toilet in the bathroom would stop running after you flushed, the vent in there was extremely loud and turned on automatically with the light, the ac unit was horrible and the comfort was not good. I didn't except something grand with 2.5 start but did expect better than that.”
