“The only thing that I did not agree with was that when I got to the hotel and requested 2 double beds instead of the queen reserved for me, the hotel stated that this was an upgrade and I had to pay 10 dollars more. I don't believe that there should be an upgrade fee between two doubles and a queen bed.”

“This hotel has not been kept up. We had to get another room because the first one was dirty and had a fowl odor. There were severe stains on the carpets everywhere, especially up and down the hallways. The chairs in the lobby were dirty and the upholstery was torn. The a/c units outside looked as if someone had taken a sledgehammer to them. The a/c itself in the room did not work very well. The general condition of the hotel made it hard to really enjoy our stay.”

“This hotel was extremely hard to find. The night that I checked in, the clerk was very slow and there was an extremely long line to check in. One customer in front of me was having to stay (with her children) in a room that had been leaking and had a large wet area on the floor (that is not quality). I did not find the hotel to be that clean. The staff had a difficult time giving me directions both to the hotel (before I arrived) and to the destinations that I needed to get to. I would not recommend this hotel again.”

“The Wellesley Inn and Suites at Houston Memorial is an excellent hotel. It is located conveniently off of the I-10 in a safe area of Houston. The staff is helpful, the rooms are large and clean, and every floor is wheelchair accessible via the hotel elevator. I highly recommend the Wellesley Inn and Suites for any traveler in need of a good night's rest.”
