• Nice friendly, on point staff. Clean spacious rooms.
• Could clean up the pool a lot more, didn't use pool.

“I didn't have too many problems when staying at this hotel. The staff was pretty friendly and helpful as well as giving us our early wake up call at the time asked. There were no mini fridges or microwaves in the rooms, but there was a microwave at the front desk that they said I could use. If you're looking for somewhere to stay with more entertainment nearby I'd choose another hotel. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again.”

• Location was very convenient to the office and the Galleria Mall.
• Wouldn't walk outside alone and not at all at night (strip clubs across the street.).

“Pleasant staff, convenient location for working in the Galleria area. The pool looks nice. Free parking is a plus. The workout room was adequate, nothing fancy. I was not bothered by the neighborhood, but some folks might be.”

• Decor was nice. Staff was helpful. Very clean.
• I had a hard time finding my way to and from the hotel but that¿s my fault!

• A moderately priced hotel in the expensive Galleria area of Houston.
• The night clerk was DEPLORABLE. She doesn't need to be serving the public!

“Our needs were met for the short period of time we were there. I was able to overlook the terrible performance of the night clerk, but maybe other people would avoid the hotel just because of her.”
