• No negative comments.

“My stay was just as pleasant as a 5-star hotel and the Manager needs to be commended for his/her role at the Hotel. Again Kudo's to the entire staff.”

“Front desk people were very helpful and friendly! Also on Thursday for Happy Hour they always have free food down there. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the only complaint which is not that big of a deal was that the coke machines didn't work.”

• I don't like this hotel. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life.

“Room is small bathroom very small no exhaust fan working in the bathroom. Corridor smell bad dirty fridge provided blanket had holes. They made us wait for 35 minutes at the lobby to make sure about the payment. They gave the worst room in the hotel. I had to complain about my wrist watch that was lost during the time when the people were cleaning our room and we complained at the reception. They said they are going to contact us ASAP.”

• Good work out area.
• Amount of security made me question location.

“Musty smell. 24 hour a day parking lot patrol and evening lobby security made me feel uneasy about general location. Broken ice machines. Nice work out area.”

• Location to other business is good.
• I don't feel it was a 3 star hotel because of the safety issues.

“The hotel was really more like a 2 or 2.5 star. It appears to be in a high crime area. There were security patrols with flashing blue lights constantly driving around the parking lot. I saw security guards chase off several unwanted guests from the lobby.”

• The bed was very comfortable.
• Very old carpet. Needs updating. Did not feel like a Hilton hotel.

“If the hotel would just change all carpeting it would have been much nicer. The carpeting had a bad odor in the common areas of the hotel and it looked dirty. There was a couch in a hallway that looked like it should be on a street corner with a free sign. It had missing pillows and was very dirty.”

• I loved the bed. It was very comfortable.
• The food was not very good.

“The hotel was comfortable and in the right location to get where I needed to go. The room was big and the bed was extremely comfortable. I will stay here again when I return on business.”

• Lobby, staff and restaurant were very nice.
• Location and hotel cleanliness were awful.

“This hotel was in a bad location. Next door to a strip club. The only good thing was that the hotel had 24 hour parking lot security. Bathroom was small and dirty. Paint was pealing off the door and hairs were caught in the door hinges. Not what I would have expected from a hotel.”
