• The smell was so bad.

“The first thing was the Sign out side the pool no smoking. I went in and the smell was so bad, the smell of mold and mildew. There was no way I was going to keep my kids in a hotel like this. We went across the street and check in to another hotel. I would not even stay in this hotel if I was by myself. I would sleep in my car instead.”

• The hotel was clean. It looked like it had some recent updates i.e. carpet, drapes, furnishings.
• The location was not what I requested. It was in one of Houston's highest crime areas. It was Sharps town, not Galleria or Sugar land.

• This was the worst place I have ever stayed.

“There was not 1 recommending quality about this run down dirty place. The carpet was dirty and old. The toilet leaked and water was standing on the floor of the bathroom. Lamps were broken therefore you could not turn them on. The chair in the room was broken and the arm was just hanging off to the side. The desk and nightstand were chipped and the finish was coming off and the dresser was leaning forward like the legs were broken in the front. HORRIBLE Is the best word to describe the place.”

“The hotel was nice overall, the elevator had a see through glass which was nice but the glass was very dirty. I was expecting much worse since it was rated a low star.”
