“This hotel is a very clean and friendly hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. I haven't see waffle irons in hotel before. I will most likely return next year or in the future.”

“We asked for a bottom floor room because of minor surgery that I was having. Said they were sold out and gave me a 2nd floor room. We got into the elevator to go to the room and the elevator stopped working. I used the emergency phone in the elevator to call, but no one answered the emergency phone. I called the front desk on my cell phone to let them know we were stuck in the elevator. About 20 minuets later, they finally opened the door.”

“It was easy to locate, and we had no problem parking our diesel pick-up and trailer. Our room was clean and comfortable, and our two toy poodles were welcomed there. The free breakfast was very nice, with more than the usual 'dough nuts and coffee' to offer. The phone in our room did not work, but this was not a big problem since we had our cell phones. When the phone could not be easily repaired, they did offer to move us to another room, but we declined. All in all, we were very satisfied with this hotel.”

“This hotel had a somewhat deserved one star rating. My first room was conveniently on the first floor. However, it reeked of cigarettes and urine. I don't know why it smelled like urine. if someone had been partying in the room or if someone peed on the outside portion of the air conditioning. The hotel staff quickly relocated me to a room on the third floor, which was a much nicer room atmospherically and sanitationally speaking. This room was not faultless as there were noticeable hand prints on the wall by the window and part of the shower head was missing. The remaining part of the shower head had something funky on it (though appropriately showery/soapy). I took the stairs down to the first floor where I discovered the door handle to the lobby was missing. The electronic locks worked well, but the interval in which the light was green, indicating I could open the door, was noticably brief. The doors did work. The shower got me clean. I slept comfortably in the bed. It was an effective hotel stay if not so glamorous.”

“We had never stayed in a Baymont Inn, so were not sure what to expect. It was fantastic! My family enjoyed this hotel more than any other on our vacation. The room was spacious; the hotel staff helpful and courteous; and the cost made it extremely affordable.”

“This hotel was right off Hwy. 59. Check in and check out went very smooth. Rooms were big and the bed slept wonderful. Overall experience was great. We had just returned from our vacation in Florida after staying at a renowned Resort. This was much more affordable and a lot more hospitable. Thank you for making our trip back to Texas a smooth one.”

“I needed to check in at the 2nd day for personal reasons; however, this hotel told me since I didn't check in at the 1st day, they canceled my reservation and there is no room for me. I ended up sleeping on the floor of my friend's house for whole trip.”

“It was a great location and yes, the rooms were clean. The clerk was too preoccupied and would not attend to the front guest. They were never in the front and would allow anyone access to the rest of the hotel. In that sense it did not seem safe. The bathroom had a real bad MOLD odor. We did enjoy that it had free continental breakfast adn the staff was always keeping the area clean and providing more food and beverages. I would recommend maybe adding some oatmeal.”
