“Robbery in front of hotel one evening - right at valet stand. Gentleman robbed while in his car at front entrance.”

• Air condition didn't work and one fourth of the room's carpet was wet because of the leak in the AC.

• good location, free use of internet and friendly staff.

“Very good location, groceries store in front of the hotel, a lot of restaurants around. Request for double beds but said wasn't available, but at the time there were only a few cars in the parking lot of the hotel.”

• My room was
  beside the laundry room - noisy machines start up early.

This was my second stay. The hotel has little business on the weekends so I was very disappointed. The noise was terrible and it started early in the morning.”

• Close to many restaurant choices and easy access to highway.
• Only available for breakfast, located behind a grocery store, little hard to find.

“Overall this property was good for the price. However, this property does not meet the 3 star. It should reflect more of a 2 or 2 1/2 star. Great location for restaurants and nice courtyard view from balcony. Would stay there again.”

• I really enjoyed the decor of the rooms it was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable.
• I did not like the idea that the room were not equipped with a fridge and microwave.

“My family and I enjoyed lodging at this hotel. The decor of the rooms were really nice and the beds were very comfortable. The hotels location was great, we were right in the middle of everything, the galleria mall was just 10 minutes away and we were surrounded by numerous eating places. I look forward to lodging at the hotel again!”

• I really enjoyed the staff all around. It was really nice to be welcome when we came in. Loved laying by the pool just wish it was a little colder.
• Room was a little too small. But overall it was fine.

“I enjoyed my stay at the Marriot Courtyard West Chase. It was easy to eat in for breakfast and walk to the food store. Safe to people staying there. Great people that work there, very friendly and inviting. Thank you very much.”

• The cleaning staff was extremely courteous and diligent.
• There were some areas of the hotel that were beyond freezing.

“This hotel was awesome. The rooms are clean, well kept with ample space to move around. It lacks a fridge which could be useful to store beverages. Also one must look at what the hotel is offering at the price one is paying. In my instance, I did not get free breakfast but could purchase at $10 per person or continental breakfast at $5 per person.”
