“This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, a grocery store, and bus line. The room decor is tasteful. However, we had an adjoining room which was very noisy. We could hear our neighbor's phone calls, alarms, conversations, etc. The gym is good. Free financial times.”

“Hotel was recently refurbished we were told. The rooms are an unusual shape and very nicely decorated. They also have a fridge which is not filled with expensive mini-bar items. Location is good. Lots of restaurants and Kroger within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff upgraded us to penthouse since I'm Hilton gold. So we had free breakfast every day.”

“I was very impressed with the beauty of the hotel. It is probably an older property, but very well kept. I loved the pool. The atrium bar was nice and service good as well. As a woman alone, I did not feel uncomfortable having a glass of wine here and just enjoying the atmosphere. Very nice hotel.”

“This hotel is conveniently located and generally clean. However, there was very little parking. I could hear my neighbor flush the toilet in the next room. And there was an exorbitant charge for an internet connection, a convenience that is now free in most two-star hotels.”

“The location was convenient for us because it was close to family. The room was attractive and the bed was incredible with both a feather mattress and comforter, plus plenty of pillows. It was a comfortable stay. The only problem we had was that our room was right across from a hospitality room that was quite loud until midnight. Fortunately, we tend to stay up late and it didn't disrupt our sleep. We would stay again!”

“This hotel is not ready for guests. They are renovating, and the noise was awful. I was hoping to sleep in late, but the renovation woke me up at 8 am on Saturday and was unbearable. When I asked the client service manager to give me a voucher for another Hilton Hotel, he told me he normally would comp the room, but he couldn't do anything about it.”

“We stayed at this hotel to attend a wedding. We arrived at 1:30, knowing that check-in was not until 3, but hoping we could get in early to get ready. We were told our rooms were not ready, so we left our bags with the bellhop and decided to come back at 3. At 3:05, our rooms were still not ready, even though the front desk attendant knew we would return at 3. We were not able to get into our rooms until 3:45 (the wedding was at 5). ”

“The hotel was wonderful, and the rooms were really first class and decorated very nicely. We would have liked two regular beds better, as us old ladies like to sleep alone. One lady had her own room and she was extremely satisfied.”

“The hotel itself was nice. Hotel policy does not prefer Visa cards and they do not want to take one, they freeze up 50 bucks of my money to stay there for incidentals. Then I was charged $5.00 for mini bar usage I never used. This happened once before at this hotel. I had to call accounting to get my money back. Seems like a scam to me. Except for those things we enjoyed our night out and our room was fine.”
