• Great beds.
• Noisy.

• Great- we were there for a death in family and staff was warm and friendly, we were even able to laugh.
• Our room was just a little small but still fine.

“From the general manager to the front desk, to the restaurant and bar they made us very comfortable even under the circumstances.”

• Pool looked inviting and well maintained.
• My room should have been cleaner.

“I was at this hotel for a professional seminar. It was an okay place, though far removed from either of the city's airports - a $61 cab fare from Hobby Airport. My room was not as clean as it should have been but the rest of the hotel looked very clean. During my seminar, hotel staff was very attentive to maintaining the coffee and snack setups and clearing away used cups and utensils.”

• Friendly staff.
• Hard to set shower temperature, cramped room.

“Facility is undergoing renovations. Room I had had been renovated. It was just ok due to size. There is a strong objectionable odor throughout all the public building areas. Room was cramped to the point that you could not get pass the desk if the chair was not moved to between the beds. Small sink area with no space to put toiletries. Beds were comfortable with the multiple pillow arrays.”

• The indoor pool was exceptional! Our kids had a great time swimming in it.
• The beds were small and uncomfortable and the outdoor pool was closed due to ongoing construction.

“The hotel was an older Holiday Inn. The indoor pool was exceptional. Our kids really enjoyed it while I was nearby in the attached hot tub. The outdoor pool was drained and closed due to ongoing construction.”
