  • Very nice place! I enjoyed the outdoor pool and the lovely continental breakfast!
  • Nothing. Great place!

“The hotel staff was very accommodating and kind. The room was clean and nice. The beds were comfortable and the place was very quiet. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool. It was nicely decorated. We also enjoyed the free Continental breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel!”

  • The breakfast was nice.
  • The road where hotel was located was really bad. They was construction even at 2 am.

“This hotel was relatively cheaper than the same hotel in other locations because of the construction, I would have definitely not stayed here.”

  • Very friendly staff and free continental breakfast surprisingly great.
  • Loud road (I-10) construction during the day, shower height only for those under 6 foot, drapes let in lots of sunlight.

“We had a nice surprise, microwave and mini-fridge in the room. Also, free Wi-Fi was easy to use. Very friendly staff! No fitness room on-site, but they said we could use the one at a hotel less than 3 miles away. Redecorated rooms look nice. Our room faced the east and the drapes did not keep out much sunlight at all, so sunrise came and the room was very bright and we couldn't sleep. Construction workers started road work loudly about 8:30 a.m. (but as I said, we were already up). Our room had a connecting door to another room, though we never heard the person staying there, a decent amount of light streaming in under the door made us wonder how much they could hear us. Breakfast was good. I especially liked the waffles (you make your own with prepared batter). Also available were prepackaged muffins, bagels, pastries, cold cereal, make-your-own instant oatmeal, yogurt, milk, orange juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Sadly, no fruit, but still very nice for a free breakfast. Everything seemed very clean.”

  • Fairly clean.
  • Our room rate not really a savings, and our room was in the back away from good outdoor lighting felt unsafe.

  • They were currently upgrading the facility.
  • Staff and managerial communications, breakfast starts at 7am.

“Renovations were being performed interiorly and exteriorly, making it difficult to enter the building. Much training is needed by front desk staff members, as they failed to provide "factual" info. The general manager continued poor practices as well, until I reminded her I was a guest vs. an employee. Access doors suppose to open at 6am remained locked well passed 7:15a.”

  • The only thing I like about this hotel is that it was close to my destination.
  • It was in an area I did not care to be in after dark.

  • Staff called me at 12:40 a.m. to varify my last name.

“The door looked like someone tried to get in. The front desk called me at 12:40 a.m. to change the room because the staff gave me a wrong room. I didn't feel safe at all while staying. I will never go back.”

  • There was a small refrigerator in the room and room was clean.
  • The room was in a section not connected to the other part of the hotel, in a dark corner behind Denny's.

“I'm sure the rest of the hotel was nice, but the part we stayed in was a little scary. The guy who checked us in said they had just bought out another hotel, and that is where we stayed. Other than that, not too fancy. Bed not too comfortable, decor looked very economy.”

  • This hotel continues to be a hotel who obviously hires housekeepers that are not very thorough.

“The room was not very clean. The sheets do not get changed. The internet did not work when I got there and then the fix was to put a new box in with a long cord that had to go across the other bed onto the floor and then to the desk. If you wanted to use the phone you would have to unplug the internet connection and re plug the phone in. The room also had a bad cleaner smell to it.”

  • Dirty hotel. Very poor housekeeping service.

“If you are looking for value but poor cleanliness this is the place for you. Did not change sheets any day I was there (3 nights) all towels not replaced. Dresser and table not cleaned. Toilet did not work properly. Room 131.”
