• Full kitchen, dining table, desk, etc.
• Did not have free internet access, we had to pay!

“This motel far exceeded most of our expectations with a very spacious room with full kitchen, dining table, large bed, computer desk, reclining chair, iron and ironing board and clean bed and bathroom. There were a few disappointments however, the carpet felt sticky and made feet sticky and the internet usage cost $4.95, and didn't always work. Overall it was a pleasant experience with friendly staff, and I was thankful to have internet access there, just wish it had been free.”

• Good access to freeway .
• Staff not trained. dirty rooms no soap or shampoo in room. Same room assigned to 2 different. Keys does not work for entrance door .

“ Has a very bad experience at this place. As I mentioned earlier me and my wife had to stay the night in our car as the door key did not work for the entrance.No shampoo or soap in the rooms. ”

• Location was convenient.
• The hotel room looks old and dingy.

“The hotel had a leak, which I reported from the first night I arrived at the hotel, was not fixed until the fifth day when I was leaving. The floor was soaked with water.”

• I like the price, the staff, the parking, the area it was located.
• The sheets had holes in them, the tub was to small, the silverware was not clean in the room, the carpet had burns in them, the soap had no smell, etc.

“If the hotel had nicer sheets, took the time to spend a little more money for the soap and had the courtesy to provide clean towels for the guest (not the guest having to take towels to the desk and get their own), have housekeeping clean the rooms. Not once did we have the "do not disturb" sign up, but they still didn't clean the room. Basically step up the customer satisfaction, because this is an extended stay hotel. Make your guests feel at home while they are spending their money in your establishment.”

• Road construction outside hotel made access difficult.

“Very quiet facility and clean rooms. Cooking facilities and refrigerator available, however not enough of all utensils and cereal bowls for two people (room capacity).”

• Nothing, this hotel was nasty.
• Everything. This hotel was so dirty and rundown.

“When I checked in the sent me to three different rooms all of which were dirty and had not been cleaned from the previous customers. I finally got a room that was cleaned but not very well. The people that worked there could care less about there customers. The hotel is totally run down. And it is not in a very good area. The worst place I have ever stayed.”

• Pay for internet connection.

“Kind of cheesy, but the price was right. I just needed a place to shower and crash for the night. Having a refrigerator, cook top, toaster, dishes and sink in the unit was nice.”

• Unwilling to give us 2 beds in each room!

“We are aware that all the motel had to do was provide for 2 adults.4 of us men were on a hunting trip and needed 2 beds in each room. There were plenty available, but we were charged extra for the beds. It was on a Tuesday no crowding plenty of rooms with two beds.gk.”

• Rooms equipped with small kitchenette.
• No wakeup calls.

“Hotel is fine. Location is a little problematic since it takes about an hour to get downtown with public buses. Closest bus #19 only runs once every 45 minutes.”
