• Friendly staff, clean and comfortable.
• There was not a breakfast of any type included in our stay.

“The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. One of the things that I liked was that it was so quiet. Sometimes you can hear the other rooms when showers are taken but, not in this hotel. It was a nice stay.”

• Comfortable bed.
• Staff was extremely unpleasant and not helpful at all.

“The hotel is nice, good for a business trip, however, the staff was the least bit helpful. If you are new to the area don't expect these guys to help you. Even if its related to your stay, the staff is not helpful.”

• Ryan, the front office guy, was professional and very kind. Great service, nice breakfast.
• The pull out couch bed was dirty upon arrival, but Ryan had it cleaned in no time.

“For our purpose it was very convenient to where we were going, and the excellent staff made up for the little inconvenience of having our sofa bed cleaned. I would love to stay here again.”

• Very courteous and helpful staff. A most excellent breakfast buffet!.
• The hotel is not clearly visible from any major road. Very difficult directions from website!.

“Great rooms!. Very comfortable beds and nice water pressure. I was very impressed by the friendly staff. I would stay there again.”

• The rooms were very clean and the lobby was beautiful. Staff at Marriot made things simple and were not overbearing
• Times for the pool/spa were not openly displayed for customers to see

“The hotel was great and more than I expected. It is a nice place to stay away from home. It was comfortable and clean.”

• The room was nice and clean. The pool area and hot tub were also very nice.
• It didn't offer movies in the room like other hotels where we have stayed.

“It was a very nice place to stay. It was very clean and easy to find. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. It had a convienent check out procedure where you can leave your key in your room instead of having to go to the front desk.”

• Friendly staff, clean room, nice room, all amenities you could need
• Distance from the airport was greater than expected. That's my only complaint.

“I would stay there again in a flash. Friendly staff, easy parking, nice room, good airconditioner, no complaints at all. I should have checked the proximity to IAH so I guess I can only fault myself by picking the NW area on the map.”

• In room ironing board and blow dryer.
• Loud drunks in the lobby at 10pm

“For anyone visiting the Houston Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, this location is great. Convenient to the Temple, less than 10 minutes away and clean and comfortable. Travelling with a 13 year old, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. ”
