• Pool room was clean.
• The room was not clean when we arrived. All three rooms we were shown smelled of animal urine and dirty. Manager was unhelpful.

“The first thing I noticed when we entered was the smoke. We were in a non-smoking wing. The room smelled of animal urine and dirty feet. I had to pick up licorice and chunks of dirt and food off of the floor. later we found a dirty shirt just under the comforter. The bathroom was moldy and the main room ceiling was gouged and cracked along the entire length of the wall. We were shown three rooms and this was the pick of the litter. The manager was rude. Complimentary breakfast! We had to ask at the front desk for coupons to use in the on site restaurant. There were 5 rooms rented in our group and everyone had the same problems or worse. I will never stay at that hotel again. This was purely a dump of a hotel on its own.”

• Pool area and bar/restaurant were nice.
• Poor customer service.

“Friday afternoon I entered my room and took in a deep breath. It smelled heavily of dirty feet. I took a shower and the shampoo and cologne covered the smell temporarily. I opened the ironing board to prep my clothes and it was defective wouldn't stand on it's own. I had to stand it against the air conditioner (about 2 feet off the ground) so I could iron clothes somewhat off the floor. I called the service hotline and explained the situation. The next day, nothing had been done. In fact, we didn't even get a cleaning service that morning. When I asked about it, I was told the do not disturb sign had been put out and remained out until 3pm on their last round. That was not true. I told him I had left at 11:30am for a wedding and the sign was not left out. Kids that had been running in the halls may have put a do not disturb sign on the door after I had left, but it was not there when I left or when I returned. I had no clean towels, the bed had not been made, and I still had a defective ironing board. Even after my complaint, nothing had been rectified.”

• Inexpensive.
• Old and outdated.

“A good stay for the price. Hotel was older and had outdated rooms. Staff was helpful and informative. "Hot breakfast" is kind of deceiving because really you just get 2 eggs and toast or a coupon towards a regular breakfast.”

• Close to interstate, has food & pool right there.
• Out side of hotel is not appealing. Door we used to enter in back, did not lock.

“Clean, quiet hotel for an over night stay. The hot breakfast was great at the restaurant as was the service. We have stayed here before and enjoyed the service.”
