• Nothing.
• VPN access on payment, mosquitoes.

“One of the worst place to stay from value for money point of view. Stinking and noisy rooms, mosquitoes all around and in the room, discourteous staff. If you are a business traveler and have to use VPN you have to pay $10 a day. Would never stay or recommend any one to stay at this hotel. Goodbye Courtyard by Marriott Houston I-10 for ever. We will never see again.”

• The beds were so comfortable, hotel was clean, well decorated and food was great!
• Everything was wonderful, staff included; we'll go back when in Houston.

• The courtyard was very nice.
• Movies cost $14.95!

“Good location if that's the part of town you are visiting. Nice but moderately appointed. The courtyard and pool area are nice.”

• Location.
• Exit was closed and we were not aware, bed in our room was older and very uncomfortable.

“I stayed here once before and they had water issues at time we checked in. Since this is my second time using this particular hotel, I will probably select another area to try and get better luck with the room.”

• Room was big and hotel staff was friendly.
• It did not have a small fridge and it had a very strong smell of air freshener.

“Overall the hotel was nice, and clean. It had a very strong smell of air freshener, which was very overpowering. Otherwise, we enjoyed the room and the friendly staff.”

• Like the convenience of a restaurant in the hotel, pool was open later.
• The staff on duty at night at the restaurant was not the trilled will the friendliest people.

“The rooms were very neat and clean. The pool area was nice and the children like the fact that the pool was open late. The food was great at the restaurant inside the hotel.”

• Difficult access to I 10 because of the construction.

• Very pretty, attentive staff and delicious breakfast.
• Location was far from town, needed to pay for breakfast.

“The courtyard Marriott was a lovely hotel. It is a true oasis in a big, hectic city. The room was very comfortable and private. We had a direct entrance to the interior courtyard, it was nicely landscaped and felt like our own private park. The pool was lots of fun for me and our two small children!
Breakfast is not complimentary. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

• Rooms are set up well for business travelers. Plus the rooms and beds are very comfortable.
• Would like more eating restaurant options.

“I like Courtyards because they are very comfortable, consistent and business/family friendly. Very nice rooms and comfortable accommodations. However, I do not like the restaurant eating situation at all. I normally, fly in and am solo and do not like having to try and find food at odd hours.”
