The price.
The floors were too thin and it felt like a college apt.

“The hotel was clean but not as nice as I had hoped. It felt like staying at a college boy's apartment. The price was reasonable. The location was great as far as convenience to restaurants and locations we visited, but the hotel sits across the street from a railroad. We were so close to the trains that our walls rattled and of course the noise woke us every time a train passed during the night--which happened more than one would think. Also, the floors were so thin that we couldn't walk freely in our room without disturbing the downstairs neighbors.”
