• It price and room was adequate.
• We were kept awake from 1 - 4 am on new years eve with noise from partying guests.

“More immediate and decisive action needs to take place for disruptive guests. The front desk did nothing until 4 am and were quite non-chalet about it all when we tried to give a complaint the next morning ~ more of an "oh, well" kind of attitude.”

• Room was large and comfortable.
• Did not have a refrigerator/microwave n room as advertised (both on it and on a banner hanging outside the motel). No guest laundry.

“I usually travel on business and stay in motels from 1 to 3 weeks at a time. For one night this was fine but for an extended stay there are other motels in Claremore that are more suitable. Also, if check out time is 11:00, there is no need to have the maid knock on the door before 10:45. I have this same complaint at many motels and am told to put my do not disturb sign out. In this case, my children may have decided to stop by at other times business associates may stop in. My having to hang up a do not disturb sign to keep the maids away is not a practical solution.”
