• The location was very convenient
• There were bugs!!!!

“The hotel was in a great location,between I-10 and Westheimer but besides that everything else was kind of sucky!!! There were bugs, it was a mildew smell, they don't have irons or ironing boards so bring your own!!! This causes a problem for people who are traveling.Also towels were not always available,so bring your own. The room was not very clean and I refused to walk barefoot on that floor!!!!”

• No ice machine and room refrigerator was frozen over

• The location was good.
• Cleanliness was awful and infested with bed bugs.

“My first impression of the room was that of disgust and now I know why. After spending two nights in this hotel I have insect bites (bed bug bites) all over my legs and ankles.”

• Convenience, its a quiet area, very friendly staff.
• The rooms are only cleaned once a week and the outside trash cans behind stairs are nasty and smelly with over flowing trash all the time.

“With cleanliness it would be great. They need to improve on the cleanliness of the facilities, stairs, etc.”

• Had to keep getting my room card re-validated each day.

• The night manager was particularly helpful in giving directions to hotel and in getting my key problem solved.
• Key card to my 3rd floor room didn't work. Hadn't been charged. Coffeepot but no coffee in room.
