• Prompt courteous hotel staff that made sure I was comfortable at all times.
• Only one incident, when I ordered my food I had to send it back twice but it was corrected as soon as they could. This happens so I didn't get upset.

“I really enjoyed my stay and will tell my friends and business associates to stay here. It's in a very pleasant area of town and you don't have to go out to dine because the restaurants is connected to the lobby.”

• The concierge was very nice. it was my birthday and I was there with family and friends celebrating.
• I'd rather not. The issue was quickly resolved. No harm done.

“The rooms could be a little bigger, especially if someone is paying regular price. And keep the pool open later.”

• Everything from the Food, Staff, and Location, this is a great to place to stay.
• No free internet.

“It was all good. Great room, wonderful food and the staff was very friendly. The location is awesome with all of the places to eat, the clubs and the stores.”

• Noise from streets.

“Hotel was nice and clean, a little difficult to find due to all the shops around it. A little issue with the noise due to the clubs on the streets below, but a nice room.”

• Wedding party on my floor.

“The hotel was truly a pleasant surprise to me. I love the Marriott overall and this added to my love. Only complaints were the ice machine smelled like mildew and there was a wedding in the hotel that apparently was booked next to my room and they did not sleep at all Sat night.”

• Great front desk greeting and room bath was nicely stocked with needed items.
• Bar closed too early.

“I was pleasantly surprised to find a real jewel of a stay at the Marriot in Sugar land. Crisp new hotel, excellent pool and hot tub and located close to great food, entertainment and is easy to find. I would go back in a minute for the great rate of $69.00 I paid per night. Maybe stay a week.”

• Very nice room and in an excellent area surrounded by great shopping and restaurants.
• Over $18 for parking.

“I reserved a room for my husband and me after he returned from a work related trip out of the country, and I was very pleased with the price and the quality of the room. The noon checkout time is also a plus.”

• Nice facility, clean, comfort, convenient, affordable.
• In a very commercial environment with too many people around the hotel; the parking is mixed with the shopping people.

“Hotel itself is excellent; however, the very business environment may hinder the access of lobby, parking, etc. For business traveler, it may be acceptable; for pleasure traveler, it will be excellent. I would suggest a free internet access as many other hotels are offering.”

• The location of the hotel has 2 blocks that I have to walk pass the place that very dark and no people at all.

• Atmosphere and location.
• I could not understand the person who checked me in. Very broken English. The person who checks you in is the 1st impression of the hotel.

• Very nice, new hotel.
• No free internet (only in lobby) Costs $10/day!

“The hotel is conveniently located, right off 59. It is in the newly built center of Sugar land, with plenty of activity at night. Overall a very nice, virtually brand new hotel. I will stay there again.”
