  • The view
  • No Minifridge, No Microwave, No Convinient Parking & Charged for Phone calls

“This is a very nice hotel so it doesn't make sense that there was no minifridge, no microwave, no convinient parking and the straw that broke the camels back is that they charge you for local calls.I will never stay again, which is a shame because its in a nice location.”

  • The staff was superb!
  • Having to pay $23 per night for valet parking was excessive.

“A great experinece. Highly recommended for travelers to stay at. I would gladly stay there again.”

  • Very helpful staff.
  • Noisy - adjoining room doorway very noisy, hall noise.

“Facility is top notch, staff very helpful and accommodating, genuinely concerned that your stay meets your expectations. Top notch exercise facility. One drawback, the room we stayed in had an adjoining room door between the rooms - normal conversations in one room could be clearly heard in the other. Also, conversations in the hallways were also very audible along with the frequent slam of closing room doors. So, ask for a quiet room, away from the bar scene on the square, without an adjoining room door and you will be close to perfect in a first rate hotel accommodation.”

  • Very clean. Convienent location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.
  • Uncomfortable beds and luke warm pool.

“The Marriot Town Center is great because there is a lot to do around the hotel- restaurants, shopping, businesses, etc. However, the beds were somewhat uncomfortable and the swimming pool left a lot to be desired. The water in the pool was warm- like bath water. The kids were not very entertained by the pool.”

“Hotel overall was good. Traffic does get backed up in the evening to valet park. My daughter left her bathing suit in the hotel. After leaving 3 messages with lost and found and not getting any response. I finally had to contact a Manager. Shortly there after, I received a returned phone call from lost and found. They stated they did find her bathing suit. Still waiting.”

  • The hotel is really pretty and lots of helpful workers.
  • The bed was horrible, it was too lumpy for me.

  • Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated.
  • The Jacuzzi was not working.

“The hotel was quite nice, however, the front desk staff person placed us on the worst possible floor. Imagine how disappointed my husband and I were (we are both mid-aged) when had a room that was surrounded, on all sides, by teenage dancers attending a seminar at the hotel. From the time they checked it, they slammed doors and ran up and down the hallways until after midnight.”

  • The rooms were great.
  • Twelve miles from the business area of Southwest Loop.

“Noisy concerts were blasting out until 9:30 each night, then the bar across the street was blasting out music until late. Travel was not what I expected for this zone.”

  • Clean and efficient.
  • Promised a king sized bed for each of the 2 rooms when I called, but found double beds in them.

“An attendant told me king size beds were available when I requested them, but found double beds upon getting to the rooms. I think this was intentional. The attendant who told me this had gone for the day by the time I checked in.”
