• non smoking room smelled like smoke

“This hotel is very close to Cherokee Casino with a 24/7 shuttle service to the casino. Right next door is a Waffle House. Front desk service was excellent as well as the shuttle drivers. Room and bathroom was clean but smelled alittle like smoke.”

“I thought I was booking at the actual casino hotel, but it was a motel across the parking lot from the casino. The room was old and stinky. Will not stay there again.”

• Small rooms.

“When I arrived at the hotel I was told that I did not have a reservation. I was able to get a room, but I reserved a double non smoking and had to settle for a single smoking. The room smelled like it had been smoked in recently, and there were burn marks on the furniture so I know it had been a smoking room at one point. They did bring a cot for one of us to sleep on, but it was so bad that I just decided to sleep on the floor.”
