• Promotion night in the convention center - lots of well-behaved teenagers.

“Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, excellent food, fast room service. The only downside was that we were put in a room next to the elevator (with all the noise that goes along with that).”

• Very convenient-close to few-shops-dog friendly-fabulous rack of lamb.
• Day manager on Weds. AM was snotty.

“I was very pleasantly surprised to find this hotel much closer to Broken Arrow where I had business to attend to. Even though right on the freeway, it was quiet and yet walking distance to a large mall and many restaurants. The bar served a full menu, the lamb was amazing and the wine staff knowledgeable. I would stay there again.”

• Great location and nice lobby, good indoor pool.
• The beds were a little small and average comfort.

“This is a great place to stay for access to shopping and restaurants. Nice pool for kids. Beds and pillows could be a little better quality.”

• The room seemed as if it had been quickly cleaned, skipping over many areas.

• All of the employees were well trained, courteous, and helpful, especially Tyler.
• I wish we could have had a jetted bath tub.

“This was an excellent choice for my wife and I to use for our anniversary. It was convenient and had some good amenities. I will stay there again.”

• Treated us to breakfast for $3,000 in damage to my car.
• Hotel was very cold about dealing with problems.

“While staying here, my car along with 2 others in valet, were broke into. This hotel has no security cameras and an incompetent security staff. So if you stay, take a taxi and bring nothing of value.”

• The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly, everyone from the doorman to room service.
• The price is a little more than I usually pay.

“The service was beyond compare. I normally travel on business to Tulsa but was in town for my 14 year old son's baseball world series. A suite is always great but the rate was more than I could afford. Anyway, the employees of the Renaissance should be commended. As I said, even the young woman who brought up our room service one morning was wonderful and advised us of complimentary massages.”

• Attractive Design and amenities those were upscale.
• No free internet access in rooms. No wireless access.

“Nice rooms lobby and bar. Good amenities. Location is not the best and is not in an upscale part of town. Right next to the freeway so the room can be a little noisy.”

“I could have stayed at a red roof for the price I got this 4 star for. Marble floors, extra pillows - like a vacation but it was for business.”

• Very clean. Friendly staff. Great location.
• I did not like the fact that you have to pay for internet service. For a hotel that hosts many conventions you would think this service would be free.

“This was a very clean, comfortable and convenient hotel. The staff was very friendly and made our family feel very welcome. The children especially liked to watch the stingray and turtles in the lobby. Would like to see free internet service though. Will stay there again!”

• Very comfortable, clean and beautiful. Located near shopping & dining. Staff was very accommodating.
• No free breakfast.

“I was with three other ladies on a shopping trip. I had no problem getting a room with 2 double beds. They also offered a roll away bed. It was very comfortable and the room was big enough to accommodate it.”

• The lobby, the room, and the pool hours!
• Nothing to speak of.

“This hotel was close to some great restraints and the mall. The staff was friendly, from front desk, housekeeping, and maintained personnel, all had a hello and a kind word when passed in the lobby or hallway.”

• The balcony needed chairs to sit on.

• Its a clean hotel - Which are rare in Tulsa.
• Told us the room would have a fridge and did not.

“Clean hotel, in good location. Close to restaurants and highway. Offers a business center, but it is only 1 slow PC. But by far its a good hotel.”

• The hotel was beautifully decorated and the beds and temperature were very comfortable.
• Nothing.

“The lobby was beautiful with streams of live fish flowing through it. Even though we arrived late, the temperature in our room had already been cooled down and was very comfortable. The beds were really comfortable and the bed linens were great too, including a down-filled comforter on top. We enjoyed everything about our stay.”

• Had to pay for Internet access and it was not wireless.

“The advertised "Game Room" no longer existed and that was one reason I chose that hotel. We were disappointed that we had to pay for Internet access and it wasn't wireless and no hook up was provided. We had to call the desk and request one. We stayed at a lower level hotel that had free wireless Internet so it can be done. We felt a "4 star" hotel should have offered more.”
