• Table was a good place to get some work done.
• Bathroom was frighteningly outdated and had mildew.

• Safety was an issue. I was very worried about my safety.

• Nothing at all. Had I known better I would not have stayed here!
• Room was filthy.

“Our room was dirty. Nothing had been dusted, the bed cover was stained, and the work table had dried soda residue which my laptop computer got stuck to. Their was also hair on the shower walls. No one at the front desk answered our calls when we called to switch rooms.”

• Comfortable and clean.
• Could not get maid to understand we needed towels, spoke no English and there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room.

“It was OK. Kind of an older motel. Low water pressure and water not very warm when showering. No refrigerator or microwave in room and the maid spoke no English ans so we could not get her to understand we needed towels.”

• The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous.
• No microwave - no fridge in room at all. I had to walk to the lobby to heat my food.

“The room was lovely and the location was close to downtown Tulsa. I really enjoyed my room.”

“It was obvious that the room was not thoroughly cleaned each day since the same cricket was in the bathroom the entire time. Also, we had to remove the tissue box to give them the hint to put a tissue box in. I would have liked to see a trash liner in the trash cans too.”

• The room was very nice and recently remodeled.
• Did not like the location of the motel. Big apartment complex across road. Felt unsafe.

“We enjoyed our room and had no problems at the motel itself. I did not care for the location. There was a huge apartment complex across the road and did not feel really safe at night.”

• Older outdated needs renovations. Not the best area especially for the cost.

• Over all appearance of hotel it needed some work.

“Room was not the cleanest hair in bath tub carpet not the cleanest.
I let the front desk know the night clerk offered to come clean my room. When
I got home from my trip there was a 5.00 coupon in my mail for my next stay a the hotel chain.”

• Great location, had dinner at sonic.

“Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was very good in the morning and met expectations. Only complaint was when I asked to have a room on a lower floor it could not be changed.”

• I like nothing about this motel.
• Location, humidity in the room, second floor outside entrance, not enough parking. This was a dump!

“This motel was a dump! I will probably never stay here again. I was truly disappointed in the motel. I was anticipating staying in a hotel not a motel. I feel that this was a misrepresentation by your company. The location of the motel was not in the city I had requested. It was dangerous entering and leaving the motel. The entrance was not clearly marked. I am very dissatisfied.”

• Serviceable for sleeping.

“Grungy! We went on to a LaQuinta Inn, in Springdale AR for the next few nights. There was no comparison between the two hotels. The rooms, cleanliness and staff were terrific in every way. The LaQuinta in Tulsa was a nightmare by comparison. Never again - and would not recommend this motel to anyone!”

“Well located near major expressways, short walking distance to 24 hour grocery store and restaurants. Property is well maintained inside and out. Pool and free continental breakfast. Excellent value for the money.”
