• The kitchenette was a GREAT feature.
• It took forever to get hold of someone to let us in our room, because we got there late.

• The kitchen facilities and the quiet rooms.

“The hotel was very clean and the rooms are so quiet. It sits back just enough from the highway that you don't hear any road noise. Very friendly staff and wonderful accommodations. I would stay there again when we are in that area.”

• I liked nothing about this hotel.
• Cigarette holes everywhere.

“It was shabby, run-down, and I did not feel safe. Someone could have kicked the door in at any moment. I could hear others talking through the walls and door. The phone did not work in the room, the linen and bedding had cigarette holes in them, the spread, the sheets, the recliner cushion seat, the floors. It was awful. I was thoroughly disappointed with this hotel.”

• Good staff, coffee, shower, kitchen.
• Dirty outside, felt unsafe going to and from room in elevator.

“I liked the staff, and location, but some of the rooms are beat up and others are better. Showers are good, coffee good, property is dirty, and elevator area seems unsafe. Needs security and cleaning, landscaping of outside. 50/50 chance I stay again.”

• The room was comfortable and the kitchenette would be great for an extended stay.
• There is no ice machine although there is a freezer in the room to keep ice in.

“I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff. The room was equipped with a stove, a refrigerator, and a coffee pot which would be great for an extended visit. This hotel definitely met my expectations.”

• It was like an apartment.
• Didn't have free internet-the bed was small for 2 people.

“I liked the hotel and would stay there again. But there were some unsavory looking people there that were hanging around outside their room and they made my daughter uncomfortable.”

• Location was good, staff was friendly.
• The room needed some maintenance,

“The sea Tulsa was convenient and clean, the rooms did need some maintenance, carpet stains, dings and dents in furniture and on bathroom fixtures, and it was obvious the hotel was well used. Staff was friendly, and hotel was quiet, even though it seemed to be full.”

• Good location.
• There was accumulation of trash in stairwells.

“We arrived during an ice storm. Overall the hotel was good but it appears the wireless internet was down. There was a large accumulation of trash in the stairwells that was not delta with even the next day. We cut our stay short because of the weather I feel conditions at hotel were related to this. I would be willing to stay at this hotel again.”

• Clean, nice rooms, big bed.
• $5 for wireless, no pool or gym on site.

“A great hotel for the price. Internet cost $5 and a pool and gym were available at other hotels/sites. Very clean, quiet, centrally located.”

• Nothing.
• The desk clerk did not show one of my two reservations and would not help locate the missing one.

“The hotel desk clerk could only find one room reservation even though I had proof of two room reservations. He was rude and had terrible customer service. I asked him to call his manager and he would not. I will never stay at this hotel again.”
