• Neighborhood safety, and locality to shops.
• King bed was hard and lacked warmth.

“Hotel had great location in the city center. Continental breakfast was good but offered less than other hotels. Curtain on floor level window was too short for complete privacy. Hotel offered ample towels for the room which is very unusual.”

“When I first arrived in the noon time, they put me into a room without a phone and the bed was broken. After discovering the issues with the first room I requested another room. The second room was okay until I pulled the sheets back and found previously slept in sheets, which I requested to be changed and was done the next day.”
