• Shuttle to the airport and back to hotel parking was very convenient.

“Airport shuttle was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient if needing to fly from airport. Breakfast started at 4 am also very helpful. Very pleasant stay.”

• The rooms were nice.
• No shuttle to Quest Center.

“Hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. We were disappointed in the pool hours as well as there wasn't a shuttle to the Quest Center, so that made our concert experience a little more stressful in having to find parking, etc. Breakfast was nice.”

• Very nice.
• Needed quarters for laundry and wouldn't help me.

“This would have been a wonderful place to stay if we would have had choices. My son had a basketball tournament and needed his jerseys done and desk help wouldn't lift a finger to help me find change. They told me at 10:30 p.m. to go down to the convenience store after being at games all day. Didn't appreciate that. And again, we didn't have choices or non-smoking rooms or for 2 beds.”

“Nice new hotel, nice room and close to airport. Friendly staff. Free internet. Free breakfast. Surrounding neighborhood not so good, located across from a Men's club. Good value overall though.”

• It was close to the airport.
• The air didn't work .

“It was late so I didn't care much where I was staying. Although, this hotel was nowhere near anything above economy. Poorly decorated, teeny TV., and a non-working air conditioner. Not to mention that the parking lot lights lighted the room up more than the actual room lights. And the room reeked of smoke. It is definitely a place that I will never stay again.”

• Everything, the TV didn't work, the hotel was extremely old and I didn't expect to get stuck in carter lake, IA when booking for Downtown Omaha.

“Your web site indicated that the hotel was Downtown Omaha, not only was in not Downtown it was in Iowa. I attempted to cancel because of the misrepresentation, but was denied as a result I will never use your service again!”

• The room had comfortable furnishings. Wifi reception and speed great from room.
• The HVAC fan was permanently on, it wouldn't switch to auto. Blew cool air in the winter when heat not on&

“Pleasant room Midwest tasteful decor in almost new condition. Bathroom was ready for attention next. Clean pool/spa area. Workout room small had weights, treadmill and some other workout machines. It was bid as a Downtown hotel, which it is not.”

• The front desk clerk was very accommodating.
• The bed. The location. The Air Conditioner/heater.

“The hotel is billed as a three star, downtown hotel. It is neither. It is a one star, airport hotel. We checked in and the door to the room we were given did not lock, so we changed rooms. The room we ended up in had an uncomfortable bed and a heating/Air Conditioning unit that cycled on and off even after it was turned off.”

• Not comparable to 2.5 stars downtown, cheap feel.

“I was most disappointed that this hotel is in the same category as the downtown Hilton or doubletree. There is no comparison, nor is it in a similar location.”

• Can't believe you have this listed as a downtown Omaha location.

“Hotel was not located in downtown Omaha, not even in Nebraska. Hotel should not be listed as downtown Omaha. I thought the fact that it was, was very misleading. I was pleased with the quality of the hotel, but very disappointed by the location.”
