• A little bit more expensive than we would have liked, but great hotel.

• It was very clean and more then I expected.
• Because of the changing of the hotel name, there was no eating area.

“I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who enjoys clean, nice big rooms and a friendly stuff.”

• Kitchenette.
• Failure of front office staff to forward important messages.

“At 7:00a.m. the Sunday papers were all gone. They suggested I walk next door to Utotum to buy one. No way to avoid sprinklers to re-enter. I ask that the business partner meeting me have his name removed from billing as my credit card was on file. NOT DONE. Actually they had his name and my credit card number! No interaction with front desk was successful!!!”

• Location was good.
• Sofa bed awful. Doubles not queens.

“It was ok for the most part. The sofa bed which we needed was awful. The rooms were nice and attractive looking. Air conditioner worked well. Breakfast buffet was average.”

• Breakfast Buffet Yum!
• Coffee ran out and was not replaced in a timely manner.

“Overall, an excellent hotel. Staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. My only complaint is that when the coffee urns run out, the time to replace is a bit longer than I thought it should have been.”
