• Cockroaches in the bathroom!

“I think this is the kind of hotel that caters to professionals, hence the sign on the front desk that reads "we can not accept cash payment from Tulsa residents without a credit card". staff were rude. hotel was noisy. the entire place smelled like cigarette smoke. wallpaper was peeling off the walls. and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.”

• First room trashed, beds trashed, half the lights didn't work.

“First they had our reservations screwed up, then when we went to our rooms; our room was trashed. Beds never changed, restroom dirty, and trash on the floor. The other party roomed next door to us and they had only one lamp that would turn on. All other bulbs were burnt out. After going back to the front desk they gave us new rooms with free breakfast buffets. Just what I wanted after traveling all day and walking into a nasty hotel!”

“The staff at this hotel were unprofessional. The carpet was wrinkled in the room. The sink in the bathroom was cracked and looked dirty. There were men hanging out on the back of the hotel by where you parked your cars that didn't look like they were up to any good. It was a smoking room and it didn't have any ash trays. I wouldn't want to stay here alone or with a child. Not in a very good neighborhood.”

• Had wonderful breakfast buffet that was included in price!
• Wasn't their fault, but someone pulled the fire alarm in the middle of the night.

“Really enjoyed it. The price was awesome and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Very clean rooms, three phones in room. Wonderful time there, close to fair.”

• The staff was very friendly and the pillows were good.
• Bathroom not clean enough and no Kleenex, fire alarm not put up.

“There was remodeling going on and still needs some upgrades in the lobby area. The breakfast were very good. The staff was good.”

• Parking was secure.
• The place looked dirty, carpets were old.

“The staff was excellent and the location to the airport was ok. The room was rather dark and seemed dirty. I did not see any bugs. The carpets needed to be replaced, in fact the hotel should be removed and replaced with another hotel. That would be an improvement.”

• The staff was helpful and friendly.
• Overall quality was substandard, hotel was very outdated.

“The location was seedy and did not feel safe. Our room was outdated and in poor condition. There was masking tape on the rear door handle. The room felt very dirty and had a foul odor, with damp, buckled carpet and a dirty fan blowing on the carpet. I was very disappointed for the price and it did not measure up to other 2.5 star hotels.”

• Staff was helpful when I informed them of my vehicle break in.
• Hallways dirty, location was in bad area.

“I will not stay in this hotel ever again. It is not a 2.5 star hotel due to housekeeping and location.”

• Nothing.
• The hotel was dirty, dusty and carpet was filthy. Put us in back away from other guest.

“The hotel staff was friendly. They put us in back (others in our party was there also) away from higher paying guest in rooms that were not maintained. One room the ceiling was falling in bathroom, 2nd room had toe nail clipping in bed! Third room they had to vacuum filthy floors. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.”

• The Zink did not work, the room a little dusty.

• Convenient location.
• Fema shelter. Many people had large, barking dogs in their rooms.

“The motel had several guests with large dogs (Mastiffs and German Shepherds) that barked constantly and so loud that I had to call the front desk. Our carpet felt slightly damp and the room had a less than fresh smell.”

• They offer a pillow menu, you can request the type of pillow you prefer.
• Doors did not close well, difficult to open and close.

“Only stayed one night, but was very satisfied with my stay. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• I liked the location; it was convenient to all areas of Tulsa.
• For starters we had a non smoking room, yet you could smell smoke inside the room just as though someone was smoking in the room.

“The hotel was nice from the outside, the room looked ran down more like a lower class 1 star hotel. You could smell smoke in the non smoking rooms because people would walk down the halls smoking. To access the restaurant from our room you either had to walk a mile outside to the main entrance or you had to walk thru a tiny area filled with smokers. The heater in the room sounded like a freight train when it would kick on and off. We were very dissatisfied with the hotel overall and would not stay there in the future.”
