• Very friendly staff, beautiful and clean room, safe area and covered parking.
• I initially was put in a smoking room, they were not as nice as non-smoking.

“Traveling on business decided to stay overnight last minute. Great location, very clean, had Starbucks and Wolfgang Puck franchises. The staff was so friendly and overly accommodating. Being a single women, I felt very safe. The hotel was in safe area with monitored parking garage. The hotel is on a beautiful park with walking trails and pond while still being in the center of business. Will definitely be back!”

• Very Nice, Clean, Convenient.
• It would have been nice to have a room with two queens instead of full.

“I arrived very late and they held the room for me. I would liked to have a room with two queens instead of two doubles, but that was not an option. All in all it's a very nice hotel and I was happy with my stay.”

• Poor styling. Popcorn ceiling treatment, cheap wall paper and hall lighting.

• Loved the facilities overall.
• The person checking us in was a bit short in her tone with us.

“We love to stay here most of the time but the hotel did not appear to be full and when we asked for 2 double beds, instead of a king.”

• Single cup coffee maker in room. Pretty quiet.

“When we arrived there was no non-smoking or two bed rooms available. Finally they found us a non-smoking room (which means they had one all along) and agree to put a roll-a-way bed in it. We had to call twice to get a mattress pad and blanket. The chair cushion was sort of raggedy. No vent fan in bathroom. We had stayed in a Hyatt in Milwaukee and a Sheraton (both same star level as this hotel) and they were much nicer.”

• Whenever we go there they seem to treat us inferiorly.

• The indoor swimming pool was great!
• We used the in room phone to make a dinner reservation and for some unknown reason we were charged $32.00.

“Aside from the mysterious $32.00 phone charge that was only half way resolved, we really enjoyed our stay.”

• Underground parking without fees.
• Older rooms, not very aesthetic.

“Pool area was great for my young son, wife was on business so we just relaxed and utilized the indoor pool area. I would not of had a second thought about the hotel had I been a solo traveler, as it met my needs; however with young children, it required too much walking to get where you needed to go/be.”

• No non-smoking double bed rooms available at check-in.

“We didn't seem to be able to put down our preferences needed for our stay, i.e. we had 2 adults and 3 children and needed a non-smoking double-bed room, and they first had us in a smoking king size bed room, then only thing avail. was a non-smoking king size room, so the 3 children had to stay with relatives that we had come to Tulsa to see. Plus the parking garage was in-convenient and no instructions on how to get from parking garage to room, had to figure that out yourself.”

• Pets are allowed in all rooms, and we have allergies, not as clean as I like.

• Everything was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Grounds are beautiful.
• Room temperature extremely cold! I raised the temp to 82 and it still did not warm up.

“The Doubletree at Warren Place is very convenient to shopping and business. It is also easy in, easy out, with a nice parking garage to keep your car out of the weather. I have stayed numerous times on business trips and have never been disappointed. The only problem with this trip was the room temperature. It was frigid. I finally had to turn off the air to get it to warm up a bit. My daughter and I did not bring any type of a jacket or long pants since it was August and we froze all night.”

• The hotel had a great exercise facility and was close to an excellent place to go walking (a 3.2 mile path).
• We checked in too late and they were out of their famous chocolate chip cookies.

“It is a great location (but it is a little hidden and you do not expect a hotel to be there, so it is a little hard to locate at first) The hotel has very nice facilities and a friendly staff. There is coffee in the room and a Starbucks in the lobby. (Can you tell I need my coffee?) My daughter loved the exercise facilities. We did not eat at the restaurant/bar area, but it was busy and open late.”
