“The hotel is okay. For the Priceline price it was great. Fairly clean and in a decent city location. However finding the entrance is a horrible experience. One way street at a huge intersection with no clearly visible entrance. We just guessed and turned into a restaurant and searched around and got in what we thought was a back way. It was actually the way in. Very poor planning on entrance and signs.”

“Staff at check-in did not provide any helpful information and did not smile/was not warm and friendly. Kind of downer when we came all pumped for our stay. Bathtub was dirty and hallways were nasty. Breakfast was great. Water wasn't hot enough in the morning shower. Bed was comfortable and the amenities in the room was good. I liked the thermostat/temperature controls on the wall- we were comfortable.”

“Aside from the rear door always unlocked, the toilet wouldn't flush without a lot of coaxing and extra water poured from a bucket. Otherwise, I had no complaints.”

“Overall, it was great. That part of I-44 was known to have been breaking into cars which left me a bit nervous. The staff was helpful.”

“It served its purpose. It was close to the reason we traveled there. Breakfast ran out and was not restocked. No ice machine. Warning signs posted to park carefully and conceal any valuables due to rash of recent break-ins. Also, still trying to figure out additional charges to my debit card.”

“Given a smoking room. I have a breathing condition. The room I was given reeked of smoke. It was unsuitable for me. The room was large and nice, but I could not spend the night in it. The room was dirty. Hair all over the floor. Tables had rings on them where glasses had been.”

“I did enjoy the hotel. They had nice staff, who where helpful. I liked the waffle iron and the waffles. I wish they had more channels on there TVs and also I didn't know what was showing since there was know TV guide in room. I did ask for one, but the front desk girl didn't know where it was.”

“This was basic no-frills accommodations. The rooms were clean and well climate controlled. The front desk staff was very unprofessional. When we checked in the woman at the desk was wearing a shirt that looked like she slept in it. When we checked out there was no one at the desk at all. Just a sign saying the desk was unattended, sorry for the inconvenience and the phone was ringing off the hook.”
