• The location was amazing. Walking distance you can get down to the old market. A quick drive you can get to the zoo. Great location.
• The fact that you had to pay for breakfast when it was nothing special. It looked like something that you would get free with your stay.

“Very romantic get way. Wonderful location everything is in walking distance. Youre close to a beautiful park and only blocks away from the old market. A quick drive and you and your family can enjoy the zoo. The hotel was very friendly and always asked if we needed anything. It was clean and smoke free.”

• Parking is cramped.

“A very comfortable hotel in a great location near Old Market. One can like almost everything about the Courtyard -- the staff, the room, the location, the housekeeping. Just a terrific place to stay.”

• Carpet was damp in one corner of our room-top floor room.

“The staff at the Courtyard Marriott was absolutely fantastic. After a bit of confusion about our room, we were put in a fantastic room and the staff was great! Even mailed home my son's swim trunks he forgot. Definitely would recommend it!”

• Nice and quiet, comfortable, lots of room and they had free internet access.
• There is not one thing we can say was bad, very nice experience.

• Clean and close to Downtown and airport.
• Our room was right by the ice, vending and elevators. Too noisy.

• Location, parking, balcony, speed of check-in.
• No fridge, no mention of breakfast at check-in.

“Great hotel right next to Old Market area in Omaha. Friendly staff (the ones I talked to anyway). Balcony outside room was great since the weather was nice that day. Not sure what the arrangements were for breakfast and I missed the freebies. Have never been disappointed with Courtyard and this was no exception.”

• The towels were a bit skimpy.

• The hotel is in a great location and the pool and hot tub are outstanding.
• We had a fire alarm at six a.m. and they didn't shut it off for an hour, very disturbing!

“Except for the hotel fire alarm that didn't get shut off for almost an hour, the stay was good. The staff could have been more helpful and informative during this situation but other than that everything was good.”

• The hotel itself was nice.
• The heating unit was extremely loud and it kicked on every 60 seconds.

• Pool & workout area was up to date and clean and water temp was perfect.
• Novice working at front desk did not tell us about the free breakfast.

“The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Normally does not have a continental breakfast but it does have a buffet breakfast for $11.00 which is more than we would pay normally. Would rather order off the menu.”
