  • No one came to the room, not even cleaning staff.
  • Electronics were non functioning. TV, remote, WiFi.

“A good low end hotel, if you like to wait in line to check in, do not wish to see the weather channel, or want the room straightened up. It is a little over priced.”

  • The beds were so old they were slanted even to look at, the ceiling tiles had fallen into the bathtub.

“When we checked into this hotel, the staff was friendly. However, when we got into our room the beds were so warn that they slanted upward with the foot of the bed elevated higher than the head. There was used soap bars on the bathtub and sink. The ceiling tiles had fallen from the ceiling into the bathtub. We called down to the front desk to tell them about the tiles, and someone literally came in and just pushed it back in the ceiling. However, it had been raining or leaking because the tile had been wet and kept falling out. When we did finally decide to go to sleep the beds were so warn that you felt every spring in the bed it was like sleeping on bare springs. The pillows were not much better. The Hotel is similar to a super 8 in the respect that the hotel rooms are direct exits except the rooms aren't very sound proof and this hotel is located just off the interstate. The noise from the street was constant and overbearing. The "free breakfast bar" consisted of dry cereal donuts and apples. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever. I have stayed in Tulsa many times and have never had such a terriable experience.”

  • Located close to grocery & liquor store. Had micro/fridge.
  • Internet connection couldnt be obtained from the room they put me in. They should ask if it is needed before selecting a room for me.

“Close to things but internet connection was horrible. I have booked better rooms for much, much less. Check in time isn't till 3 pm. Should get more time for your money than that. Would only stay there again if it was my only choice.”

  • Extra charge for internet.

“The hotel; didnt tell me that there was extra charge for internet access; Ive stayed at Extended Stay America in the past & there was never charge; It took me 2 hours to get connected; Youve lost a Customer.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[7] • Location:[7]

  • Location was easy access from expressway.
  • Dirty, moldy and stuck even in a non smoking room.

“Breakfast had to be thawed so we could toast a bagel like food substance. Lots of construction workers stayed there which reflects the luxury offered. I survived and I needed a cheap room.”

  • Only price.
  • Bathroom did not work, sink overflowed, they had to move us and room was a little better.

“Location ok and price ok, but other than that I will not stay in hotel again or will I tell other people to stay there. We should get at least 1 night stay credited back to us for all the trouble we had. Hotel clerk told us they would see what they could do the night at 11:30 p.m. When we had to move all of our stuff. Because the sink was overflowing and I had to throw away a lot of our stuff that was on the counter.”

Cleanliness:[4] • Staff:[8] • Location:[8]

  • Staff was very friendly.
  • Room non smoking, but had ashtrays/smelled like smoke. Bathroom door won't close. Ceiling tile was falling.

“Room smelled like smoke, and had ashtrays, though was sold to us as non smoking. Bathroom ceiling tiles were falling, in fact one fell. Bathroom door did not close because it was crooked on hinges. Never again for us. One good thing is the front staff was excellent. Very nice and friendly when we arrived.”

  • Location.
  • Quality of room.

“This hotel needs to be renovated, and staff needs to be upgraded. Desk clerk gave us keys to someone else's room, obviously a safety concern, and we requested a king and were given 2 double beds that were somewhat broken down. Bathroom door would not shut at all, it was clearly broken. Bathroom/vanity lighting was awful, only one bulb worked I believe. Air conditioner looked like it was from 1960, did not keep the room cool or work well, definitely a shabby hotel that I would not recommend to others. We actually left the hotel hours after arriving for a hotel that was nicer. We did not spend the night in this hotel after seeing the conditions.”

  • Large rooms, relatively clean.
  • AC did not work when I arrived and basically did not work well even after they "fixed" it.

“I would have like it better, but Tulsa in the summer without AC is no picnic. Unlike many hotels, the AC system is central, not individual to the room, so there was no solution to this problem. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and the room was fine.”

  • Location.
  • Everything was dirty or broken or dirty and broken, staff was rude.

“Nice Motel twenty years ago, in a great location for the area but the hotel has been neglected and the staff is rude. The guest are mainly residing there for the cheap rooms and the owner/manager will not repair or replace the broken equipment.”

  • Can't think of a thing!
  • Very shabby, noisy, unclean, 4 ft stain on box spring. The extended continental breakfast is a nonexistent joke!

“This is an older hotel that is in a state of renovation. The lobby has been upgraded nicely enough, but doesn't reflect the rooms. Ceiling tiles were open in places and sagging. Air conditioning was ancient, moldy, and very noisy. Bedspread was particularly shabby with holes and stuffing showing. Lots of noisy neighbors. The extended continental breakfast was a joke! There was no coffee, no tea. No recommended!”

  • Trisha the check in clerk went above he duties to help us out!!!
  • Cleaner, rent by week, AC not working properly, better Con Breakfast

“Trisha the check in clerk was the Best thing this place had going for them. She was helpful in getting me checked in early with no problems. The room was somewhat OK need more lighting, the pool needed attention, cleaned out (vacuumed, skimmed, chairs cleaned). Checked in on Thursday AC was barely working if at all. Told the Management nothing done no offer of swapping rooms or nothing. Same on Sat. morning but must have had other complaints but still not working. Talked to other guest who were allowed to change to different location. Not a good experience at all!!”

  • Great staff and clean rooms.
  • Nothing.

“I was at the hotel from May 17-28th and it was the best stay I had. The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. I was in the area looking around for a job and they were very helpful if I needed directions. The whole stay was great and the pool was very clean I would recommend it to anyone!”

  • Quiet
  • the pool was never open.

“Located on an interstate frontage road it is a bit hard to access unless you cut through parking lots of other businesses. The room was clean but in need of an upgrade in a bad way. Everyone was pretty nice there and the cleaning staff was flexible and would come back to clean the room if we were still there. The biggest put off for the place is that the pool was closed for the whole week I staged there. Also it is used by A LOT of truckers so the parking lot was always full of semis and they sometimes stood outside the rooms talking.”
