• Location.
• No hot water.

“Great location but, we had no hot water for the entire time we were there. Our heater did not world well either. It took quite a long time to get checked in as well.”

• It was central downtown and within a block of my destination..
• The restaurants were closed Sunday morning.

“Clean and centrally located. We arrived Saturday and left Sunday. There was no food available in the hotel on Sunday morning. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The carpet on the stairs entering the lobby was worn and torn. The first impression because of the carpet was poor but the overall experience was good.”

• Very helpful staff.
• Limited # of TV stations.

“The room appeared to have new carpet and new paint. The staff was very nice. Their van delivered me to my meeting place when it rained. It was a very nice stay.”

• Someone loud was put in the adjoining room to ours.
