• I cannot think of anything. people were rude, the pool had way to much bleach, the breakfast was ok.
• I will never stay there again, I will pay for a better hotel next time we go to the zoo.

“My stay was terrible, the room smelt, the bathroom door did not shut and the blankets were unclean. I am sorry but I will not recommend this hotel to no one I know.”

• Everything else but location.

“While the price is right, the experience is not. We walked into our room to find trash on the floor and a blob of stuff under the air conditioner. Housekeeping was prompt to clean it up, but did not leave a good first impression on us. The in-room microwave caught fire and when asking the front desk clerk if he should come inspect the room to make sure the electrical outlet was okay (after finding it heavily overloaded with plug-ins), he told us to simply open the window and to not worry about it (!). The one great thing - and perhaps the only positive thing - the hotel has going for it is the location. You cannot beat it. Directly off of I-80 and close to everything. In closing, I would not recommend, nor repeat my visit. Your money will be well spent somewhere else.”

• Front desk clerk was very friendly/helpful.
• Dirty, garbage everywhere, tiles broken in bathroom, etc.

“We pulled into the parking lot and there was garbage strewn everywhere. Walking up to the door, there was a bunch of people (riffraff) hanging out by the door, the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was small didn't smell very good. There were broken tiles in the shower and the covers for the cable line was broken as well. Also, the sheets didn't fit the beds properly. But, the pillows were comfortable. I am very disappointed. If it wasn't for how nice the front-desk clerk was.”

• Mold and ants are bad.

“If you don't mind the small ants on the night stand and table, a little mold and rotten sheet rock in the bathroom, an under powered air conditioner, and a little smoke, its a great room. I had a king size bed, never amenities, and friendly staff, its halfway there. There is a small pool. A small pool. It has a small pool, and a hot tub, and good lighting in the parking lot. It was one night so I did not really care. I feel bad for the rest of my wedding party we had stay there though but it was better than the clarion down the street where the fire alarm went off and ice down the hallways.”

• Unclean.

“Gross room. Dirty. Mold in bathroom. Very damp. Air conditioners are poor. I couldn't wait for the alarm to go off so I could get out of there.”

• They had a light on and the air conditioner on in my room when I arrived! Good touch!
• Probably the small room.

“For the price I paid, it was a good value, clean, while the room was quite small, it met my needs for one night. I'm not sure I would want to stay there on a business trip for a long period of time. They were very friendly and met the needs I had on this trip.”

• Strong chlorine in pool, Room floor was sticky.

• Dirty and smelly.

“This hotel was disgusting. I had to go and buy air freshener, because it smelled so bad. Had there been another vacancy in a hotel in the tow, I would stayed there. However, there wasn't, because of a high school wresting and volleyball state tournament. I had to stay put. I hope someone really reads this so they know not to recommend this hotel to anyone else.”
