• Good location.
• Very loud all night long, free continental breakfast was awful, they were always out of food.

“Hotel was very loud all throughout the night. Went to the free continental breakfast at 8 am and they were already out of food. They would bring out a little bit more at a time but it was quickly gone. Only hot food option was waffles and sausage. They also had a scrambled egg patty which was very hard. We ended up just eating the cereal they had. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable.”

• The room was clean?
• The remote for the TV didn't work, and they put us in the back of the hotel where outside music was played constantly.

“This hotel is par to subpart. Tell them you do not want to be in a room in the back of the hotel, because the hotel right next door, plays loud music constantly throughout the night, making it hard to sleep. Also, the staff was about as warm a night in December in Omaha. Also, our remote for the TV did not work, which after a while was annoying and they would not fix it. And, the room temperature control was stuck in the heat full blast position which made it horrible uncomfortable throughout the night. Good luck to anyone who wants to stay here.”

• The lady at the counter didnt act like she knew what she was doing, not friendly at all.

“I was decent I thought the people at the counter were less than friendly both checking in and checking out.”

• Good breakfast nice staff quiet room good beds, décor.
• Not enough people on the night shift. Only one person.

“We have stayed here for three to four years. Every time we come back we enjoy our stay. Waffles for breakfast with sausage and eggs, lots of juices and excellent coffee. Comfortable and quiet room with nice decor. Friendly and helpful staff.”

• We stayed in a motel.

“Upon checking in, I realized that it would have cost $15.00 less had I booked the hotel on my own. Also, we were disappointed and confused to find out that the part of the Beaumont Inn & suites that we were staying in was actually a motel. We drove up to the door of our room, the only door to the outside. It wasn't a bad room, I just felt a little uncomfortable. Not my type of place. On the plus side, it was in a great location right off the interstate and close to the places we needed to go. Also, the continental breakfast was excellent.”

• Clean, convenient to the highway and very good quality for the money I paid!
• Certainly not upscale, but it was still more than I expected for the money spent.

• The noon checkout.
• Unorganized, not clean, unorganized breakfast, and very noisy.

“Unfortunately my husband and I did not have a very good stay at this hotel. It was very dirty. When we entered our room, it was musty, the floor was wet and it looked as though the ceiling was leaking. The bathroom still had hair and dirty towels in it. We were so uncomfortable that we wore our shoes the entire time while in the room and made sure to do a full inspection of our bed before we got in. Thankfully we brought our own blanket and pillows.”

• The bathroom tub and shower head need renovation.

“This hotel is not as bad as I thought it would be based on reviews from Trip Advisor. The staff was friendly at check-in and the hotel lobby was clean and attractive. There's a complimentary PC with internet service in the lobby and the free continental breakfast is nice. The shower head had red stains all over it as if it was blood and the caulking around the tub needed to be replaced. It was rusty and dirty looking. Other than that, I can't complain.”

• The staff was exceptional. They were really helpful and willing to take the time needed to make my stay great. A good buy as well.
• Unfortunately, people can smoke right outside of non-smoking rooms if the doors open to the outside.

“This hotel had a great staff that was friendly and helpful. The rooms were simple but nice. It was also a good location for getting to Omaha.”

• Needs major update. Old facilities, furniture.

“This was a fair conditioned hotel but appears that it needs some major upgrading. Over half of the rooms had door access from outside and not internally protected. Half of the motel has had an outer wall constructed but it appears to have stopped for quite some time. Feels much unsecured.”

• Nice color choices on paint and bedding.
• Mattress was hard, loud heater unit, not enough covers and none to be found in closet.

• Smoker next door - smoke drifted into my non-smoking room through seams of adjoining door - auto lock did not work on 4 occasions.
