• Staff was friendly.
• Older, needs work, public areas and restaurant need to be updated.

“Hotel was clean but very outdated and needs work in the public areas. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were older and had visible repairs done, the bathroom/shower area was small.”

• Close to restraunts , zoo, gardens & shopping
• The stairs to pool were not too safe and the stool would not fluse the last day we were there.

“The hotel was fine for the price . It just needs some updating . Like new wall paper and carpet!!!!!”

• Breakfast.
• Cleanliness, attitudes of employees, room layout, beds were hard with lumpy pillows and parking.

“Overall, it was awful. We were way overcharged for what we got. Their customer service was absolutely awful. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Rooms backset from main hallways.
• Rooms were dated in appearance.

“I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean with a semi retroish feel to them. The entrance from the main hallway to rooms was backset and had a nice privacy feel.”

• The pool area was a great attraction as my children love to swim.
• The loud music from the club that is attached to the hotel.

“The location of the hotel was close to lots of attractions but access to the hotel was limited. The breakfast was good although being a person who trys to eat healthy, the choices were very few. As an overall, the stay was good and we will probably use this location on future visits.”

• The staff was friendly, the pool was nice.
• The rooms were small, desperately needed a paint job, and had old carpet.

“This was the worst room I've ever had, and I'm not usually hard to please. The bathroom was so small you could hardly stand up in it, the carpet was old and nasty, and the walls had stains and needed paint terribly. The positives were the pool and the desk clerk, nothing else.”

• The pool and club.
• The bathroom in our room was very small.

“I was really pleased with the hotel itself. It had a very nice pool area and it was nice to be able to play pool and dance without paying for a taxi to get you downtown and back. The staff was also very friendly and helpful with all our requests.”

• Bedding and linens were clean.
• Excessive pool noise; poor shower/plumbing.

“Overall a less than satisfactory experience. Young children screaming in pool area at 8am on a Sunday ended my attempts at sleep after getting in late the evening before. Breakfast buffet was not well presented and serving area did not appear particularly clean. Will not stay at this hotel again.”

• Convenience to the location of the pool to the room.
• Could have been cleaner around the pool area.

• The location was ideal, easy to find, but not in the middle of downtown.
• The room was really small and the bathtub was very dirty.

“This hotel merits another stay, despite the room size. We were very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The pool area and Jacuzzi were well-maintained and was a relaxing place to be. I thought the cost per night was bit pricy, though, because the room was so small.”
