• The swimming pool was great for kids.
• No identifiable internet access. Needed a remodel.

“The hotel was definitely not a 3-star. It needed serious remodeling. The breakfast was sub par. The staff was not extremely prompt or helpful. There did not appear to be internet access in the rooms. The swimming pool was nice for kids.”

• The bed was perfect, after a long day it was amazing!
• The coco key west cost an extra $20 a person!

“Everything was great, we werent familiar with the area at all and the hotel staff gave us great places to eat and stuff to do. Only bad part was the coco key west cost extra.”

• CoCo Key water park was great! The regular pool was very nice too the grandchildren loved it! Location was perfect for our plans. Nice and quiet.
• Took me several tries to connect with room service.

“More then met my and my familys expectations. CoCo Key Water Park and the regular pool were both fantastic. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Walking distance from several restaurants if you didn't want to eat in the hotel. I was very impressed and would recommend it to my friends. The only problem I had was contacting room service - it took several tries each time and I didn't always connect.”

• The zero entry sloping swimming pool.
• Air conditioning wasn't cold.

• I liked that the hotel pool was empty because everyone else was at the resort water park at the hotel.
• I did not like the size of the bathroom, it was very small.

“The hotel was ok. In Omaha don't have 4-5 star hotels, but the room was small and the bathroom was even smaller. You can tell that they have recently renovated the hotel, but it looks like they just put granite over the old sinks instead of new fixtures, it was ok.”

• There were partiers in the next room. We reported it, No improvement. Apparently, the other neighbors reported it, also. Partiers were asked to leave.
• I wish the life guards were more pleasant and smiled more.

• Location was good.
• Substandard room, extra charges.

“This hotel was by far the worst experience I have had in Omaha area. I took cell phone pics of the issues that were obvious, including my room number being on a piece of paper taped up, my drapery valance being water stained, and my view being of the A/C units for the hotel. My room was very small, also, which has not been my experience when I've stayed at other Holiday Inns in the past.”

• The bed was comfortable.
• Old, water pressure very poor, cold water in shower.

“This hotel is not the 3 star. The hotel was old and dingy. The rooms had been updated but the water pressure in the shower was poor and just stopped 3-4 times during a shower. Told the front desk but no one fixed it. The staff was friendly.”

• Clean. Comfortable beds! Great location!
• Awful parking. Bad layout. Kid pooped in pool, not hotels fault.

• It was easy to access the interstate to reach other destinations.
• Kids running wild at all hours yelling. Hotel staff did nothing.

“The hotel has a water park indoors. It is a family hotel not a romantic getaway. There were kids in the halls and the lobby with out supervision yelling and pounding on the doors. The bathtub faucet would adjust itself and gradually get hotter. There were police patrolling the halls one night but not the next. I found fresh snot in one of the wash cloths after the cleaning crew came through. The weekend we were there they closed the regular pool for a private party. I believe everyone else paid for the use of the pool too. They have outdoor lights pointing at the windows of the hotel. The don't lock any entrance doors to limit access. Anyone can get inside the hotel at all hours. This is just a plain hotel, don't let the pictures fool you, it's not as luxurious as it looks. The lobby is decorated very nicely but that is the only place that may rate three stars. The rest I would rate at a one or two at most but that is being pretty generous. I've stayed at roadside Motels in the middle of nowhere that would rate better than this place. Overall, it's a place to sleep if you don't mind the noise. If you want to swim you better pay for the waterpark because you might not get the chance otherwise.”

• The rooms were very pretty, the restaurant was excellent and the staff was really friendly.
• There were very few toiletries in the room.

“This hotel turned out to be in an excellent location for my needs. The restaurant was delicious with reasonable prices. The room was very nicely appointed and comfortable with a large bathroom, though I would have appreciated more toiletries.”

• Overall condition of motel, I would rate a one star.

“Bad! One star. Was put in a room that had air / heat unit on the roof. This was the view in front of our window. Room needed lots of work! *** ONE STAR *****.”
