“Hotel is good if you are staying a night or something. I stayed in better places but it was in different state. I had a big group with me and we needed to stay a night. But all the furniture and system is very old. Keys does not open the doors properly. And remember to take toothpaste with you. I paid dearly for that.”

“The front desk staff gave away our rooms prior to check-in even though we had a late check-in guarantee and we arrived before 6:00 p.m. The front desk staff extremely rudely said they were "overbooked." I had requested 2 smoking rooms with double beds. We were initially given 1 non-smoking room with 2 double beds and 1 room with 1 queen bed. Our party consisted of an adult female with a teenage son and an adult couple with a teenage daughter. The couple was assigned a room with 1 queen bed and were expected to sleep 3 to the bed! The front desk staff was totally unapologetic and did I say RUDE ?”

“Started with arriving around 11:00pm to find the air conditioner was not working in the room. Called the front desk and the owner came up to look at the air conditioner (15 minutes later) he pushed all the buttons and came to the same conclusion - doesn't work. Then he called the maintenance man (as I am sweating in the room). Maintenance man came to same conclusion and was going to start working on it. I asked for a new room and 20 minutes later, a new keycard was delivered to me. Found a stain on the bedspread and mold growing in the shower. Continental breakfast consisted of prepackaged rolls and cereal - and two one gallon jugs of milk that everyone was sharing.”

“The pool area is great but has one hot tub not two like stated on your web site rooms are very run down. But that could just be the room that they put us in. We got this hotel as it stated on your web page that it allowed pets. It doesn't and hasn't for months. Please update your webpage. We ended up in a smoking room because of that!”

“Good amount of room and king size bed for an affordable price, but it's not a romantic getaway since it's older.”

“This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. It's appearance was shabby. Staff was lazy, rude and incompetent. Three trips to the front desk to retrieve a remote control for the TV...none of them worked. Advertised that they had expanded cable and HBO, but they didn't. TV reception was awful, carpet was wet, light bulbs missing, not the cleanest place I've ever seen. After complaining about room and lack of advertised amenities, desk clerk did not offer to move us to another room.”

“Rooms were okay, small bathrooms, air conditioner did not work well, rooms were then warm and stuffy, dirty hallways, nice pool, hot tub was below average, unfriendly staff, continental breakfast was inadequate-very little food, convenient location.”
