• Comfy bed, friendly staff, suites are a definite plus with a child! Nice decor.
• On the phone staff did not sound friendly, ceiling tiles above shower faucet moldy? Toilet seat doesn't stay on. Kitchen floor sticky.

“Housekeeping neglected kitchen floor-sticky rings where a drink had been. Damaged ceiling tiles in shower, and toilet seat didn't stay on. Despite that it was a wonderful stay.”

• The spacious room and the toiletries and the cookies.
• Nothing.

“The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were helpful and friendly. They offered Neutrogena toiletries (including face wash and lotion, a real plus) and free delicious warm Chocolate Chip cookies!”

• We came to Omaha for a family funeral. This hotel was a wonderful place to retreat!

“Our room was beautiful, very private and very clean. The cookies we received were the best and a great surprise after a long ride. The food smelled great even though we weren't able to eat. Everyone looked like they were having a great time in the pool; wish I had remembered my suit.”

• Food.
• they never show bad reports.

“Funny how u only report the good views. No wonder this hotel has a great rating when you dont show people ratings thats werent so good. Kind of scamming people if u ask me. Im wondering where I can report this, its wrong. I sent in a review and it was pretty bad and its still not there, go figure.”

• We really loved the appearance of the common areas. Peaceful atmosphere.
• Not really family friendly. We were disappointed that the cable did not have Disney or Nick. Pool was small and could never get towels at pool.

• The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in in a hotel!
• There isn't anything, I loved everything about it.

“The desk staff was friendly and offered cookies upon check-in. The beds were awesome, I have never slept so well in a hotel before. I think it was even better than my bed at home! It was just a great beautiful place, and I plan on going back!”

• The atmosphere is wonderful. Plants everywhere, and the whole place smells like the ocean.
• Our keycard was deleted from computer before we even checked out. For such a nice hotel, TV's were discolored and cheap.

“Doubletree is wonderful. Although the hotel could use a few more modern updates, such as newer TV's and furniture, the bed was heavenly and the staff were wonderful. Very clean and comfy.”

• Nice atmosphere.
• We almost were put in a smoking room.

“Very friendly hotel, greeted with cookies when we checked in, room was spacious and comfortable. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice. Our room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would stay here again.”

• Beds were very comfortable, great atmosphere.
• Laughed at the 1960's refrigerator.

“Took a short vacation right in our own hometown. Hotel was covered with tropical greenery and made for a nice change from the winter snow. Suit was nice! Beds were wonderful. The pillow were the best as was the Down Comforter. As always "vacation" was too short. Would love to have stayed longer.”

• The First hotel had a great location, 2nd hotel not so great.
• The surroundings in the 2nd hotel were dirty-not the room.

• Breakfast was about the only good thing going for this place.
• Hotel room unclean, money went missing, pool not in use.

“Arrived late at night check in fine. Settle into room, room seems well taken care of and nice, all except for MOULDY shower curtain. Go down to breakfast which may i add is wonderful and the staff were great. We head out for the day leaving a purse with $200 and it vanishes. Return late saturday and room has been cleaned. Not to bad, until we use the fridge and we have to clean it out. Also a funny smell around kitchen area, so when we look to find the smell we find a dirty used, old empty beer bottle. Sunday we get up and head out leaving our room, come home late afternoon to no housekeeping. So we decide to tidy up ourselves. Then my 2 yr old son comes in with something in his mouth. Its a priscription pill. So hubby heads down to reception to tell them and give them the pill, we get a sorry like its no big deal. So we head out again, housekeeping comes in but dont even vacum, which should have been a priority after finding a prescription pill. Beds made and fresh towels thats IT. Left even the top sheet where my sons had ate oreo cookies and they had got a dirty. Didnt top up the water in the room. Never wiped down the counter tops. The windows when we woke up were full of ice, on the inside and very dirty. The security door to the side of the building near our room didnt even need to use our room key to get into as the wires were cut, which my son noticed. The pool was under going maintenance so we couldnt use it, and this was the reason we wanted to go to this place. It was a shame to watch all the kids going to the pool and then dissapointed when they got there as all that was there was a small sign stuck on the pool door, thats it. We also had to report that there were wires left hanging in our room, which maintenance did come and fix pretty quickly. we should have saved our money and gone to a place half the cost such as baymont inn or travel lodge, at the end of the day we ended up with the same amenities as what they have. Oh and you have to payf or go downstairs into the lobby to use wierless. I would not stop at this place again, it was a disgrace to the Hilton Hotel group.”

• Comfy bed. Convenient fridge and microwave. Felt safe in the neighborhood.
• It was cold and drafty by the balcony doors, but we compensated by turning up the heat. Had to pay for wireless internet.

“It was kind of noisy because all the rooms face the open lobby. Drafty by the balcony door, but we just turned up the heat. Didn't like that we had to pay for wireless internet. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. We felt the neighborhood was safe, and the location was convenient. The pool was always busy, the Jacuzzi was a nice hot temperature and roomy enough to fit many people.”

• North room, cold door at 5 degrees outside temp.

“This place is a super nice hotel and I will stay there again and again as I travel back to Omaha several times throughout the year. The room was decorated very nicely and the bed is really comfortable. Easy access to parking area, pool facilities are top notch and the staff was friendly.”

• Its a homey atmosphere and the staff is great.
• Our bathroom door handle fell off. But that was no big deal.
