• Shower/bath area was nice.
• Room was small.

“The hotel was very clean. Room was very neat but small for being a 3 star hotel. The front counter staff checked us in very quickly and was nice.”

• The location was in the exact area I needed. Convenient to shopping and dining.
• Bedding to heavy. Either a sheet or a comforter, no in between.

• Business center was decent, free and easy document printing.
• The bathroom was sorely in need of updating, or at least a deep clean!

“This Marriott is showing its age. My bed was not properly made on arrival, and when I started re-making the bed I discovered a sheet of plywood was 'firming' up the mattress also noticed that my door did not have a daily paper (my neighbors tended to).”

• Swimming, Jacuzzi, sauna and pretty good place to sleep.
• No breakfast included in stay and too many incidentals those are not included.

“Good place to hold up for an evening and friendly staff but would be very disappointed if I had to pay full price for this hotel.”

• The room was very clean; my kids loved the pool and the exercise room. My wife enjoyed the extra lotions and bath and body soaps. Nice job.
• Prices on the Chop Shop Restaurant breakfast buffet, is a little high for kids.

“Nice location in Omaha. Would recommend to friends and family. Easy access and comfortableness in getting to your room. Like the security measure of the key to get above floor 4.”

• Beds were awesome.
• Bathroom was way outdated and needs to be overhauled.

“It was a pleasant stay. Nice people attentive to your needs. The only bad part was the bathrooms really needed updating. Wallpaper peeling in places and old tubs. Beds were wonderful.”

• The beds are so plush and Ive never slept better.
• You can hear other doors being closed.

“The hotel sits right of the interstate and across the street from the west roads mall. It's convenient and easy to get to. The rooms are fantastic and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and the lounge is very clean. Great experience.”

• Tried to be very accommodating. Was very clean and friendly workers.
• There was only 1 bed and I had requested 2. They did give us an Aero-blowup which provided a place to sleep.

• Great exercise room; nice pool; excellent location; friendly staff.
• In our room (312), the bathroom exhaust fan was non-functional.

“Good quality hotel in a great location. The rooms are nicely decorated (although there were a few small defects that could use some maintenance). The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• I like its convenience and location.
• The fitness room is too small and needs to be larger with more ventilation.

“I have stayed at this hotel once or twice per year to visit family. In that time they have made some improvements. Falling short to improve the fitness facility or the pool area. I enjoy working out in my free time and this amenity is very over looked.”

• The comfortable beds!
• Air conditioner didn't work and room was stuffy.

“Great hotel. I had to sleep with my window open b/c the air didn't work. It was really hot in the room too. Also, I requested a wake up call and never received one. Luckily, I set my own alarm as well.”

• Location is tough.

“Have stayed here before and always meets my expectations. This is the first trip we have used the pool as we took the kids along and we enjoyed the warmth of the pool as it snowed outside!”

• Friendly helpful staff, even brought microwave to our room to heat up left overs.
• Room was a little small for being such a nice hotel, but was very clean and customer service made up for small size.

“The Marriott experience was great. My room accidentally got booked as two double beds and it was no problem to get it switched. We had left overs and after coming in for the night we called front desk to see if there was a microwave anywhere and within ten minutes there was one dropped off at our room. Overall it was a great experience and when in town again you will receive my business. Thanks.”
