• I really liked the updated decor of the room.
• The front door was locked at dusk & you couldn't even use your card key to get in.

• A nice restaurant within walking distance. A Perkins. We ate breakfast and dinner there and didn't have to drive.
• We had a smoking room.

“It was okay for what we needed. A one night's stay and a clean place to lay our heads. I didn't like that my room was a smoking room, but they said that was all they had available. No pool, but we ate a decent restaurant that was within walking distance from our room. Only six miles from the Henry Doorly Zoo and even though we didn't have the breakfast that was provided at the hotel. The waffle maker I thought was nice to have. More than just bagels and muffins. I would stay there again, but I would make sure my room was a nonsmoker's room. I could still smell the after smoke.”

• The hotel was available when I needed it when others were not.
• My room was not as clean as I would prefer.

“Over all the hotel itself was not bad, but the people could be a bit nicer, if I were the manager I would work on the overall appearance of the hotel.”

• Clean.
• Not close to the airport. Disturbance by other hotel guests was not handled properly by the hotel staff.

“The hotel was a good value; however, on Saturday night there were people in the next room that were very loud several times throughout the night. The front desk was called and all they did was call the room. They did not attempt to go to the room to find out what was going on, even after they had been called several times. Therefore the problem persisted.”
