• Friendly; beautiful furnishings; bedding and pillows great.
• Shower control was broken and difficult to maneuver.

“This was a great place to rest and relax. We especially like the quality of the bed, bed linen, and pillows. We enjoyed our one night stand!”

• Friendly staff; wrote down our requests and granted them.
• Difficult location; room without window; rooms are dated.

“Found it difficult to locate the hotel; very friendly staff at check in and out; granted our requests; room had no window; tub was dirty but functioned well; room needs to be modernized; based on the room would rate it as a 2 star hotel; public areas appeared to be nicer.”

• Check in was easy.
• Stained carpets, only 1 working elevator.

“The bed was so uncomfortable, and when we walked in there is a bright red stain on the carpet next to the bed about the size of a dinner plate. Hair in the bathroom all over.”

• I was very nice and the staff was very helpful.
• Several college sports teams staying there who were quite loud at times.

• Nothing for cost I was totally disappointed.
• Too expensive for what it offered.

“One room was full of ants that were all over our food, the couch pull out bed had stuff on the sheets when we pulled it out.”

• Clean iron (sounds dumb but its huge).
• No refill of soap.

“Clean hotel, professional staff. Great location with easy access to HWY 6, I-80, I-680. Near great food, groceries, movies, etc.”

• Smoking room  smelly.

• The lobby was great.
• The heating system in the rooms is horrible! You freeze or your way to hot.

“The lobby looks wonderful; the rooms are more of a holiday inn rating. The bar area is very nice, but, needs to be more of private section of the motel.”

“It was an old hotel that had been updated in some areas. However, the heater had a hole in it, the elevators were filthy, the bedspread and chair were stained.”

• Easy to check in.
• The hot tub was probably the temp that the swimming pool should have been.

“We basically stayed at this hotel so that our kids could swim. The pool was huge and we had it mostly to ourselves. However the water was very cold. The hot tub was barely warm, although it was also large. Other families that we spoke with had the same complaints. One lady was afraid to take her infant into the pool water!”
