• Friendly staff!
• Air conditioning, crib, bed was uncomfortable.

“Cheap hotel=cheap stay. They had a continental breakfast that was good and didn't charge us for the usage of the pack-n-play. Staff member was really friendly! Was a cheap way to go, but probably would not stay there again.”

• The hotel was clean & the staff was very attentive to our needs that we requested.
• No elevator, pool was cold, & may repairs needed to be made.

“The hotel was a little hard to find as it was down between a bunch of trucking businesses. It was in need of many repairs, but appeared that maybe they were getting ready to complete these repairs (i.e the first crib that they brought us the entire bottom/supporting framework was taped together with electrical tape). It was clean & the staff was attentive to our needs as we voiced them.”

• The lobby was dirty, children playing tag in the halls, room was extremely filthy and worn.

“The desk person spoke in a foreign language to another employee in the process of the check-in. The area was dirty in the lobby. The room was filthy. The bathroom was very dimly lit with a worn bath mat and dirty floor. The air conditioner did not work and had thick dust and webs stuck to the front. I checked out immediately and was not charged for the room. I have stayed at the hotel while traveling and have never had an experience like this.”

• The hotel was close to the Omaha Zoo and dog races.
• It was a bit of a rat hole.

“I was shocked to see how shanty the hotel/room was for paying the charge. What the hotel had done was jack their prices up because the Junior Olympics were competing there that weekend. Only a fourth of the light sockets worked. It was damp, wallpaper was peeling, the carpet was dirty, internet access was terrible and the walls were thin. The bathroom, well, that is a story of its own. We will never stay there again.”

• Location was inconvenient for us-Wall AC unit noisy.

“We were only there less than 12 hours so not able to give an adequate review. We moved to a very nice hotel in a good location for us at a lower rate with more amenities.”

• Thin walls and doors, loud heaters.

“The doors are too thin and you can hear everything in the hallways and even in adjoining rooms, so that's a negative. The staff are Indian and extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend it to the thrifty and frugal traveler.”

• It was clean the front desk was always willing the get me what I needed. It was better than I expected.
• Nothing.

“I read the reviews for this hotel before getting it they almost made me not. I am glad that I did it was very clean. The staff was nice and friendly. Nothing others said about the quality in other reviews is true. I've paid more for a hotel and got worse. One person in a review was mad about having to go down to the desk this is not the Hilton. The person at the desk has to stay there and do there job they can't leave get over it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• For a 1 star hotel this was at the top.
• The first room was suppose to be nonsmoking and was so I needed to change rooms.

• This hotel was unclean and run down.

“The hotel is a health hazard. There is mildew, rooms that were not cleaned well (i.e. food on the floor, fingernail trimmings on the nightstand) and a rude clerk. This hotel should be razed and my money returned to me. This was a horrible stay.”

• The staff is friendly and efficient and the price was nice.
• The wallpaper in the bathroom was mildew and coming off the wall.

“The bathroom needed work, the wallpaper was loose and mildly mildew. The tub could have been cleaner it was stained and there was a little bit of mildew around the edges. The best were fine and the rest of the room was clean. The staff is pleasant and efficient.”

“For quick business trips this hotel is just fine. It's nothing fancy, but it's clean. If you're looking for a family or romantic getaway, I'd probably search elsewhere.”

“This was not a good hotel. The fridge and microwave were filthy, and the carpets were equally as gross. When I checked in, the man actually gave me the keys to someone else's room!”

• It has a pool, hot tub, and breakfast.
• The hot tub was broke down; they did get it fixed.

“We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. It seems that about 1/2 the time that we stay, the hot tub is broke down. They also were serving cheap tiny donuts (like the bread store carries) in a winchells donut box. The vents through out the hotel were filthy. The juice was watered down, that had not been like that when we stayed before. The waffles were good, the muffins were good. Room was large and comfortable.”

• The staff was very pleasant.
• The water was rust colored in the bathtub and there was lots of mildew in the tub.

“It was not that clean and it was very outdated. The heat was either a cold setting or over baked, no in between. The pillow cases had lots of dark hair on them when the shirts were turned back. The water in the tub was rust colored when first turned on and the tub was stained. I would never stay here again.”
